I think Scares point wasn't necessarily the volume of votes but the content. You're definitely playing differently than last game. But different game means you might have a different approach. IScare appears to be trying to understand why you're different this game.

Before I replaced? I bought the claim intially and then I sat on it and I realized I didnt like it. Partially influenced by you saying that we thought we were killing Miller as a role after last game. Then looking again I didn't not feel great about his responses to corrik when he said there were no millers in game and be knew mechanically.

Scum puns has in his range to fake Miller out the gate after a final 3 he participated in had a Miller with him. Its cruise control

yes my approach is different pez. I just played 6 days as town vanilla all the way to final 3 and I am mafia tired and randomed a role that is likely to result in me living a long time again, plus the game is 21 people most of whom are very experienced and active people so day 1 is a shitstorm flurry and I do not have the capacity to be as invested this day 1.

I am still here, I am still thinking and processing just the same

I feel I've been slightly misrepresented by pez's parahprase here. I said the rationale behind scum targeting me was, and you can check this in the scum chat, "let's use it on someone we'd otherwise have no interest in touching"

So yes it was a role scan but the perspective of what I got from scum was more what I was getting at

Puns, I still just don't understand why the claim. You're only going to live long because you claimed. I know you said you tried to bait a shot last game and "only" made them use an X-power on you instead of town power, but that didn't feel super convincing. I'll ask again if you thought the risk of being exactly cop scanned is higher than the risk of claiming vanilla for no real gain?

You don't need to have brought up last game to be dwelling on it when frankly it isn't very interesting to people who weren't in it. How about some suspicions. Anything that isn't an excuse to not be here, really.

No my point is to offer alternative explanations. That way one can weigh their read and see how strongly they feel about their read. It's why town failed so badly at a lynch in Japanese History Mafia D1, they failed to actually consider the perspective offered by the person.

I lean town on Puns myself. Scare leans scum. I think it makes particular sense for me to question him directly with an alternative hypothesis.
