I scanned Tom anyway night 3 because I was lazy and didnt have anyone else on the "Not town" list I've been carrying since day 1. Wanted to just finish up the list. And I even had Tom as town the first two days but took him off day 3 after the Pez guilty scan... it was a bad choice probably.

He could be godfather but eh. And yeah I dont have 3 straight guilty scans. Hence why I wanted some reactions.

I must say Ben, you seem to not be willing to put your own life on the line to prove your scans. I'd have thought you'd be more enthusiastic if Town about basically killing any questioning of your reads.

I will never offer myself as sacrifice as town. Or scum obviously. But just never. Keep that in mind for future games!

1:1 statistically will win town almost every game.

Not in the very last game we played together.
Scum needed only three days to win, and win in three days we did.
Town needed 5, or 4 if the Vengeful went off.
The balance was in town's favor.

He did. He said Tom is TOWN. He lied about 3 scum scans. He admitted already he thinks he's good enough at the game to have high percentage reads. He saw yesterday he couldn't lynch me. He thought if MZero flipped scum he would be able to. MZero wasn't scum. He decided to make a calculated risk. He picked a POE scan for Death and a good odds town clear on Tom. He set up a nice soft landing for D5 assuming he's right about me and I'm scum. It's a pretty solid play all in all. But it was still a risk.

I think we just towncleared 3 guys with Ben's ill fated gambit. The scan choices don't follow his actions in game, and I just gave you some sweet scum moves that make it +EV to lie here.

The problem is convincing people to disbelieve the claimed power role is impossible. Because the town is full of cowards.
