Any that don't fit right into those boundaries have to show at least some of their episodes somewhere else. For example, Angels of Death aired last year and it was 16 episodes, so they aired the last 4 online. They were on borrowed time anyways.~~ normally I'd agree with you completely except that 1) she's a robot and a somewhat common trait of robot characters in fiction is being able to be reassembled 2) the most common use of divinge power in the series so far as been regenerating from extreme amounts of damage and there's someone with that power right there narratively it just seems so weird if none of the 3 of them are brought up again, they have a clear story arc going somewhere from even very early on in the season. they've got their wish, and now as of the previous episode they've also got their desire for revenge against fudo. the show actually put time and effort into developing them as characters and it would be super weird if it just never did anything with that, regardless of whether you think they deserve some sort of redemption or not --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!! That was a split second scene that was over in an instant and you dont even see their faces while this was a lingering shot on the wound with the victim clearly suffering and crying in pain and then bleeding out. Plus it was an innocent child while I wasnt sure if the two in episode 9 were bad guys at first (turns out they are) but they looked like combatants. There were a bunch of people getting bisected during the attack too. This was a terrorist attack and those in general are horrifying even to adults. The scene in episode 9 is just one of those sci-fi moments that happen in kid shows like Mewtwo in Pokmon. Im surprised you were able to handle episode 2 tbh lol. Kanade died in episode 1 by using her climax song when her body couldn't handle it, and has thus far stayed dead, but she was mostly a plot device to bring Hibiki and Tsubasa together in the beginning anyways. ~~Fine (season 1 villain) was in a cycle of reincarnation, but that cycle (and her life for real) ended in season 2~~. ~~Dr. Nastassja (season 2 kind-of-sort-of-villain) died for real, but she was really old to begin with~~. ~~Dr. Ver (season 2 main villain) died for real and has thus far not come back, but knowing his personality and scientific genius, he probably (god I hope he did) implanted his mind somewhere as an AI~~. ~~The Autoscorers (season 3 minor villains) were killed off, barely revived in season 5, then were killed off again for real~~. ~~The alchemist trio (season 4 minor villains) and Adam Weishaupt (season 4 main villain) all died for real~~ Plenty of random military guys have gotten dusted by (Alca-)Noise throughout the series before the Symphogears arrive to save the day, and ~~Maria herself (when she was still a villain in season 2, before she reformed and joined the main cast) actually killed a few with her bare hands at one point~~. And then finally, the concert terrorist attacks in S1E1 and S5E2 likely had a combined death toll of at least 80,000 innocent civilians.
