I once went 3 weeks without shitting, and when it finally came out it was the most painful experience of my life. Lost a lot of blood that day

Getting kicked in the balls is always the worst, but in second place is a pilodinal cyst. Eventually I just took a knife to my own asscrack.

Nerve block wearing off after reconstructive leg surgery. So much worse than the broken bone.

Second worse pain was when I was running full tilt at a deck to jump up and simply misjudged, whacking my shin against the wood so hard it still has a dent in the bone five years later.

i had to get a wisdom tooth removed and for some reason the needle to kill the pain was not working
my mouth got numb and everything and they kept having to give me more and more but i could still feel every thing they were doing and it really hurt getting that tooth removed
i spent like 4 hours in the dentist chair that day and it was awful.

Honestly, i think it was a toothache I had years ago which turned out to be an infection that needed a root canal to fix.

Spinal tap

Actually, that was more like a very long state of discomfort.

Probably the worst spark of pain was a bad kidney shot from my boxing days. Legitimately thought I might need surgery after that.

Fell about 6 feet into concrete and broke 3 ribs and partially collapsed a lung. That hurt but I didnt know what kind of damage I did because I continued to do physical work all day and at one point had to reach high up on a shelf and bring something down, reaching up is when the worst pain hit like lightning. I literally screamed and dropped to my knees. Ended up going
to the ER the next day.

After getting my earwax removed lately, I had a bad earache and ringing

About a week ago it stopped and I'm feeling better now thankfully, not a fun experience

When I was a kid, my step bro and I were racing down a huge ass hill.

Ever run(or even peddle a bike) so fast that your feet cant stop? Like youre kinda just locked into the run, or youre gonna fall? That was me.

Anyway, at the bottom of the hill, was a picnic table, and a big concrete cylinder.

He hit the concrete, and scraped his hand.
I was heading straight for the picnic table, and tried jumping over it. Landed neck first into it, basically got clotheslined by a table.

Botched root canal left me in unbearable pain for about a hour.

2nd was when my apendix nearly ruptured had to wait in the emergency room for few hours for morphine I was wrenched in pain for hours laying on the waiting room chairs I probably looked like a drug head on withdrawal.

I've had some other injuries growing up but those memories are a little hazier, but yeah, tooth issues are the worst in recent memory. Few years ago had a tooth get infected and that alone was extremely painful--tooth infection isn't that uncommon but I had let it go too long or something and my mouth was swollen and roof of my mouth was filling with infection goop. >_> So of course I finally went to the dentist and they gave me a shot and proceeded to hack the tooth out in chunks--but the infection neutralized the pain killer after a couple minutes and I felt the whole thing. After they got the tooth out they had to milk the infection out of the tooth hole and the seasoned old dentist said it was the worst case he'd ever seen. >_>

oh my wisdom teeth destroyed my mouth and im still dealing with the fall out
see my top wisdom teeth didnt fully break through the gums. but they left a flap open large enough for food particles and bacteria to get trapped in
so when they finally came all the way in through the gums they came in rotten
and messed up my entire mouth because if you have 1 rotten tooth the bacteria will soon make it so you have multiple cavities

i got them removed but im still fixing the teeth problems it caused
i spent my whole life not having a single cavity and then suddenly having a mouthful of them

a while back one of my tooth that had really hurt before had just stopped hurting so i thought that meant it wasnt as bad as i thought it was so i wasnt in a rush to go to the dentist

i was honestly pretty ignorant of how bad teeth can be and that a tooth suddenly not hurting is a major bad thing cause it means the nerves were damaged and the tooth is dying.
one day that tooth just cracked in half, leaving just the root in my gums which caused an infection which is how i learned just how deadly tooth infections can be.

so thats how i got my top wisdom teeth and 1 random tooth removed from my mouth
now i have my left bottom wisdom tooth out. still gotta get my right bottom wisdom tooth removed but all my caviites have been fixed and filled except for 1 which is too far gone to save and it has to come out.

it sucks but at least the nightmare is almost over

When I was 12 I was spinning trying to get dizzy. So I thought if I planted my foot then spun I would balance myself better like a topper spinner. Well, I spun but kept my right foot planted and as I spun I heard a loud crack and pain shot up my foot. I fell and laid there for like a good couple minutes in pain. I have dislocated my ankle so I crawled home and didn't tell my dad until later. No, I didn't go to the doctor and yes my ankle is still dislocated and off to this day.

The second was an infected tooth that the wisdom tooth dug into. No sleep, no peace and the constant pounding to the head.

Between a couple of things
Gallbladder attacks which isn't fun to have and feels like I'm about dying
The worst of it was back in 2013 when my heart felt like it was about to explode.
Had my gallbladder removed, but still had what felt like gallbladder attacks after that. Although haven't had anything of that sort happen in quite a few months and hopefully it stays that way.
Also have had severe tooth aches as well and had to have several teeth removed.

Not sure on the correct medical terms but I somehow managed to 'bruise' (for lack of better word) the membrane thingy that keeps your intestines together.Or something like that. Doc explained it but I'm an idiot and big words confuse and anger me.

Couldn't bend down, couldn't get out of bed without terrible pains. But it cleared up in a few weeks, fortunately. To this day I still don't know what caused it.

I'll throw out one from when I was a kid that I'm sure hurt a lot but honestly I don't remember--I was probably 4 or 5. It was definitely the worst incident that happened to me as far as injury due to midadventure, lol. My brother and I were chasing each other on a really tall slide at a playground (probably a couple stories tall? I dunno, things seem giant when you're a little kid...), basically going up the stairs and down the slide over and over, and I certainly wasn't fast enough to catch him so when I got to the top and he was sliding down I thought, "Hey, if I just tilt my feet forward on these stairs I can just gracefully slide down and reach the bottom and catch him!" ...but it was a narrow stairway and I basically just fell that far, onto gravel... because back in our day we didn't have mulch or rubber chips, we had gravel on our playgrounds for some reason. >_>

I didn't break any bones surprisingly but I was pretty banged and scraped up. I wasn't admitted into the hospital but I had to go and get X-rays and stuff.

Probably when my kneecap was kicked over to the side of my leg (not when it actually happened, but every time I moved when trying to straighten my leg out afterward). It was close to an hour before I was able to successfully push it back into place. I refused going to the hospital because any movement hurt too much and I was afraid that I might make it worse. Once it was back in place, it was fine. Missed a day of work and was limping for a week but no other issues after that.
