And to really guarantee a Republican victory, cede the original portions of the District of Columbia back to DC. Thanks to the Democrats' proportional representation system, it's not enough that Trump wins a plurality in each state - that would get him a plurality of the delegates, but the other delegates would rally around whichever non-Trump candidate has the most delegates and nominate that person.
