Like, I played it when it first came out and it was a solid 7/10 game. Maybe 8/10 if I was feeling generous. But you had this swarm of people praising it unironically as the greatest game of all time, which then prompted a backlash from a bunch of people calling it complete trash, when in reality it was very clearly neither of those things. I still don't know how or why the game received as much attention - positive and negative - as it did. --- Kill 1 man: You are a murderer. Kill 10 men: You are a monster.
