The overwhelming majority YouTube will do all the work of knowing what you like to watch regardless. Twitter does not. The risk of the pandemic isnt something that is unknown to anyone at this point while a fire risk easily could be, and a fire could cause immediate death while the virus, though deadly to some groups, is still much less lethal. I also think requiring churches to follow fire codes is much more sensible in that the building itself isnt usually required for worship, at least nothing that would be impossible to work fire codes around. There really arent any reasonable accommodations a religion could make that would still allow a religion to practice its rituals without actually congregating.
