The latter are seen as particularly attractive because they are a "model minority". Some groups have manifestos outlining that it's acceptable for white men to fuck and impregnate blacks etc, but not the reverse. Cause they are also misogynists and own their women. Black men are the ultimate enemy. And as such must never be allowed to spread their seed especially if its with whites. Why you think these people hated Obama so much. It's not just that he wasn't white, it's that his white mother had the gall to be impregnated by a black man. Nothing pisses off racist white men more. Many still sexually attracted to the black women though. Having said all that, somebody can't tell me they haven't seen a single black/white/whatever person they don't find attractive. Especially since blacks in particular, and whites to an extent, are less homogenous than other groups. Indeed you can often find two black people who share no common features at all. So if you don't like certain physical features that's no excuse. The only way that makes sense is if you live in a very homogenous place where there are barely any samples to choose from. More likely though, the person is dismissing an entire segment of people consisting of millions of individuals. Its telling me the person has preconceived notions of these groups in their mind and what they all should look like.
