is there a lot of plot hole contradictions that I missed? Its been over 10 years since I read all of the novels so Ive forgotten a lot that happened in the books.

It ignores the fact that everything Voldemort did was to separate himself from humanity-- that's why he turned into an immortal demonic snake-man thing, so the idea that he would have a love child with Bellatrix is stupid beyond words.
