I mean, the majority of points brought up are really serious indicators that someone isn't mature enough to maintain a stable relationship. I'd be pretty concerned if my girlfriend used video games to zone out and avoid any sort of intimacy or communication.

In some ways I sorta agree with this because my life with women has been as such that I experienced a lot of these things but its also hard to reconcile this because in some ways I just figured that was them and thats what they wanted to do and I was the odd piece out for placing unreasonable expectations on people who simply werent like me

Guess you just gotta find someone whose like you and not like you, selectively flipping through people in terms of an overarching clause like man child instead of these individual qualities you want to look for in a person means youre just flipping through an entire catalogue of humanity even faster

I thought it was going to be an article about how literally anything but the perfect man would be considered a man-child. After reading through those, the only one that I can relate to is video games. Granted, the article is probably aimed at people in their early-mid 20s, and I'm beyond that age at this point. I recognise more of myself of 15 years ago in that article.

This, and a couple of the last bullet points were similar. My ex liked to act like she a victim because she did everything for me, but the reality is she didnt like the way I did things on my own, and after awhile stopped trying because I was sick of being called incompetent or an idiot.

Not about offense and more about hypocrisy.
