20 y/o Substitute Teacher, Ayanna Davis from Florida is facing multiple sexual assault charges for having sex with a 16 y/o Student (who is now 17) on 4 separate occasions after he RECORDED one of their sexual encounters and shared it to his football buddies on snapchat!!

She was arrested by detectives after a Lakeland Senior High School student blew the whistle to a school resource officer after getting info from other students on December 3rd of the video that showed her having sex with the boy

The video was at some point uploaded to snapchat and shown to a large group of football players that the teen was in before one of them reported it.

Police said the victim was under the age of 17 when the sex occurred as the teen is now 17

After receiving a tip from the unnamed student, police handed the case to the sheriff's office who then questioned Ayanna and confessed to what she did when she had unprotected sex with the teen, twice at his hour and then twice a at hers.

She is now charged with sexual battery and offenses against students by an authority figure and 2 additional accounts of sexual battery and is held on 60,000 bond

Sheriffy Grady Judd said "this is clear violation of sexual battery laws where she was in a position of influence over the victim and took advantage of the "poor boy" for her twisted pleasure"

Davis was a substitute english teacher under the employment of school staffing by Kelly Education

She now faces numerous years in prison

How do you get to be a teacher by age 20? Florida only requires a 2 year degree for teachers? (Of course they do.)

not uncommon for people to graduate with 2 years of college credits these days go to school over summer before fall and free spring and boom within a year and four months you have a BS.

She's a substitute teacher, I'm guessing they need less education or at least you can start subbing while you are still going to school

If the school is bad enough theyll have any old jackwagon come in and teach kids. They dont give a fuck they make them all teach the same damn curriculum which takes a lot of the humanity out of teaching which is very tragic I think.

Dating or otherwise absolutely not unless the adult is in a position or power. Four year age gap is nothing and 16 is the legal age of consent over here anyway. Not that dating necessarily means sex.

First off I'm not going to entertain the idea that a 16 year old is a child when they're needing to learn how to be an adult in these last 2 years, now is not the time to baby them, as this could be them in this position in a few years time.

Also making the distinction that this is not a pedophile does nothing to protect this woman. Pedophilia is a mental illness where someone can't help but being attracted to an actual child that has not reached sexual maturity.

16 is AoC in most places around the world. This isnt that bad of a situation other than the fact that shes in a position of power. Thats the only issue I have here, legally and morally speaking.

16 is the legal age of consent over here and certainly isn't a child otherwise you know that would be fucking a child. They are a teen and teens are not the same thing as children. the way you feel is the way you feel, in my opinion the vast majority of 16 year olds are literally kids barely even done with puberty

they dont know who they are yet, they are very vulnerable and too easy to influence, and honestly I bet most of them are terrible at sex

Though in this case Florida is one of the few states in America where the AoC is 18.
