According to other people: Overall mediocre games with a few good ones, their portrayal of mental illness is not great. Layers of Fear was okay as a P.T. inspired copycat. Wasn't overly ambitious or anything but did the job. Blair Witch was just really mediocre. It just felt like another Layers of Fear and they weren't able to take advantage of that property at all. They even used the same sort of generic plot twists from their other games and even though those twists are generic they were handled so bloody poorly. I didn't play The Medium but it seems like the depiction of abuse and trauma really rubbed people the wrong way. Which doesn't overly surprise me with how they handled Blair Witch. --- A Fallen Mascot ... Copied to Clipboard!
