Does it ever show 15 people running off together on a quest? Most FE games have around 30-40 playable characters in total, but trying to use all of them in a single playthrough is essentially impossible because it spreads the experience you get way too thin. Usually the idea is to build up a core group of like 12 characters (sometimes replacing early-game characters with different mid-game ones) while also having a few backups in mind if you play a game with perma-death active, and bench all of the others. Usually the idea is to build up a core group of like 12 characters (sometimes replacing early-game characters with different mid-game ones) while also having a few backups in mind if you play a game with perma-death active, and bench all of the others.
