No, it's weird because literal generations of your ancestors are all dead.

If the TC means "has anyone that YOU KNOW in your family died?", that's a different question

Two people in my family have died this year.

Another's on life support after he fell off a pole trying to illegally install electricity to someone's house.

Lost my grandma from my mother's side about 3 years ago and my grandpa from the same side had a stroke and suffered brain damage shortly after.

all grandparents. my dad last year.

The grandparents I knew, my mom, my dad. An uncle I dont remember meeting.

Three grandparents and two uncles. My remaining grandmother is in her late 80s and in a nursing home. My father almost died from a heart attack this year and my mother has a million health problems. I'll probably be all alone by the end of the decade, if I'm even still alive then.

When you are pushing 50, a lot of people start dying.

Three of my grandparents were dead before I was born. The fourth died when I was 22.

Ironically, I had two great-grand parents who lived to be over 100.

Two of my dad's three brothers have died. My mom's brother died a few months ago.

All 4 grandparents and their siblings. 4 uncle's, and an aunt. 3 first cousins.

I have a lot of relatives.. A bunch of them on my dad's side are dying in their 40s. Heart related stuff.

One of them was a legit criminal (murdered his neighbor) and was on the run for like a year. Died recently cuz of a heart attack. Crazy af

This is a very sad topic. Grandparents I expect, but I never expected so many parents, siblings, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Especially the users who sound like they're the only ones of their family left. My heart goes out to you guys.

For me, it's three of my grandparents and some distant cousins I never met or only met once. My maternal grandmother turned 90 this year and her mind is going so it probably won't be long. Cherishing the moments I have left with her.

my last remaining grandparent died three months ago.

I knew my great grandmother pretty well, she died some time ago.

Father died of cancer. Mother and sister took their own lives. Grandmother and grandfather died of old age complications. I'm the last man standing.

Mom's stepfather died when I was in high school (2001-2005, don't remember the year offhand)
Mom's maternal grandmother died in 2006
Dad's grandmother (unsure if maternal or paternal, i think paternal) died around 2008-2010
Dad's mother died in 2016
My sister died in 2017
Mom's biological father died a few years ago (never met him, she didn't either, but she found his family via facebook)
My mom's uncle died earlier this year.

Both parents, all of my first cousins, aunts and uncles are still alive. I don't have any other siblings. I'm not sure about my extended family.

Most recent I know of is my maternal grandmother (and last living grandparent) in October 2019 and one of my uncles in October 2022.

I was one of 8 that got inheritance money from the second one and it pretty much funded my new car.

My grandfather died, like, a decade ago. Other than that, all of them that I know of are still alive. Sometimes I wonde how; a lot of the much older people I'm related to have always had extremely unhealthy habits and were never the active type, and yet they made it to their 70s-80s and still trucking. I have a great grandmother that's pushing 100.

I recently digitized some 30 year old home movies and its jarring seeing all the now-deceased people constantly showing up.

My aunt and her whole family (husband and 3 daughters) died in a car accident in 1993
All of my grandparents (1995, 1999, 2005, 2007). Well, my grandma from my father's side died in 60's but my granpa remarried a few years after.
My other aunt's husband in 2006.
My dad in 2012
My mom 4 months ago.

Despite some cousins and nephews.

I only have two sisters and two aunts left.

Everyone else are stone cold dead.
