If my Druid wildshapes into a giant toad, and uses its Swallow action to eat an orc, then I revert back to human form, what happens?

Dunno if the books have anything to say about it, but if they don't I'd probably rule that the orc gets to make a save to be expelled for lack of a better word at the moment.

Honestly depends on the DM, I think. I'd wager most would likely just label the orc dead and gone to avoid the headache.

The toad can have only one target swallowed at a time. If the toad dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 5 feet of movement, exiting prone.

Since the toad died, you technically would be expelled the minute you transformed back. And since there's no corpse, they are just free again.

you instantly die for choosing to play as a human in a world of amazing fantasy and magic

but for real, i think it would just spit the orc out as part of changing back to human. maybe a dex or con save to see if you can spit it out fast enough to see if it does damage?
