Anyone want to talk about the UAP hearings?

as someone who is actually really into ufo shit just for the fun of it, these uap hearings are nothing

an ex-military guy said he saw something and heard about weird shit, the military acknowledges that they track flying objects of murky origin because it's literally their job, there's secret shit that only certain people are privy to

this pattern has repeated multiple times since the 50s with nothing especially new or the surfacing of any meaningful evidence of anything. "disclosure" is a wild goose chase

What do you make of Gruschs testimony that he and his wife have been threatened over the info he knows? I know all the juicy stuff hes said under oath falls under the umbrella of his opinion based on things hes been told, but thats a factual, possibly disprovable point

He was already found guilty of sexual assault that was more than likely rape and just not sure because of his micropeen. Hes been a criminal his entire life and gotten away with slaps on the wrist because of privilege. Its also blatantly obvious hes guilty regardless of whatever the courts might say when we get there

It was civil yeah, but doesnt change the fact they determined he sexually assaulted her and he lost it. If there was any actual justice in this joke of a country hed have been serving life in prison ages ago for his laundry list of crimes

"engaged in insurrection or bellion against [the United States], or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof" though with the caveat that a two-thirds vote of both the House and Senate can lift even that disqualification.

Quite literally that is the only disqualification outside of an impeachment, conviction, and additional vote to impose a disqualification penalty laid out in the Constitution - the 14th Amendment.

A convicted serial killer would be eligible to run - legally, at least.

Trump is indicted on four criminal counts:

Conspiracy to Defraud the United States
Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding
Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding
Conspiracy Against Rights

There are six unnamed, unindicted co-conspirators. By context I think I've seen NBC ID 5 of them: Giuliani, Eastman, Powell, Jeffrey Clark, and Kenneth Chesebro

Among the manner and means Trump is accused here included the conspiracy to send fraudulent elector slates to Congress, trying to get Pence to overturn it, and after Pence refused and the insurrection began - trying to use the chaos to pressure members of Congress to delay resuming the session to certify the election.

The indictment also has loads of evidence to prove Trump was knowingly lying about the election, demonstrating that many of the times he lied about fraud were made after his political allies told him it was bullshit.
