BUG control.

The color combination is notorious as a money pile if you want to to be optimal, often being the literal meme "MtG is too expensive" decks that people point to, while not actually putting a single actual result that warrants people actually using it (essentially never hitting top 8 if the event in question has more than 8 people in it). The entire style is predicated on the idea that you outmaneuver your opponents and do so many big-brain plays that your opponent essentially loses due to you just being that much smarter than them. Something that, obviously, never actually pans out in 99.9% of the relevant scenarios. On the flip side it is a deck style that absolutely ruins any non-meta strategies and thus could be viewed as something that inherently is just really good against bad/off-the-cuff decks.

Looting is blue, from the card Merfolk Looter. Rummaging, which is the reverse of looting (discard then draw) is red, and was referenced with the core set card Rummaging Goblin. It's been like 5 years since I played though so who knows what they're up to with the color wheel.

That's also red's only looting effect, IIRC (well, mono-red). Everything else is Discard -> Draw or Draw -> Discard at Random.
