She was over the top when she was a NYC Family Court Judge and was always trying to get attention.

She has seen 10s of thousands of liars, and is pretty good at detecting them.

She is 100% mean. I remember an episode where she told a single mother that she was a loser for living with her mother still while working 3 jobs.

I know it aint gonna happen, but it would be funny if someone looked at her and said what are you gonna do? Have me charged with contempt of set? I cannot stand that woman.

She's honestly the least worst of all these TV court judges.

That redhead bitch on The People's Court or any of the three goofies on Hot Bench (the one with three judges simultaneously presiding over the case) are so much worse.

Hell, The People's Court is even worse because they have this old dickhead who stands outside the courtroom to talk to the people after the judgement is passed to either rub it in to the losers or praise the winners (although if the winners at any point annoy or anger the judge then of course he has to bring it up).

Since the show pays the judgments and for flights to LA, public humiliation is really the only punishment some of these people are going to get. (Plenty of them deserve a lot worse than that)

Yes. Now her robe is plum color, she occasionally has her granddaughter hand her papers or use the internet for her, and there's a stenographer sitting beside her to make everything seem more official.
