Not a good look if true. It's very easy for celebrities to discount rumors and allegations, imagine reading a headline about yourself that's completely false -- it'd make you suspicious of everything.
Gotta be hard, they were coworkers on That 70's Show, opened a restaurant in LA together, and went on to do The Ranch. I'm sure they were genuinely friends and a lot of people have issues with writing off friends entirely.

Just sucks because it discounts so much of Kutcher's work, hopefully this is not true or taken out of context.

Seth Rogen is no hero. He made jokes about the allegations on SNL, enabled Franco (at least according to one actress they worked with), and waited good and long before speaking up about it / against his friend. Heck, initially he said he'd keep working with him despite what came out.
