TC, I'm glad you seem to have gone down a healthy path with the sources you look to for help with this stuff. It's genuinely hard out there, so I understand why people go down dark paths when those seem to be the most available and practical and loudly advertised.

The redpill is inherently toxic. If you are taking the good and leaving the bad from the redpill, you are no longer redpilled. The redpill is the whole thing, it's a worldview, a way of approaching the world that is harmful, isolating, and ineffective. To reiterate, if you just take the advice of eating healthy, working out, trying to have a good job etc, that's just self improvement, not redpill. If you rely on the redpill to get you out of a tough situation, it's not going to work, it's going to take you in the wrong direction.

Specifically, the redpill is the conspiratorial, adversarial, pop-psychological, worldview, combined with manipulative, destructive, and ineffective tactics linked to that worldview. It's not the way.

The actual way will be individual to you, but there's a few guiding principles. You can't look at potential partners as NPCs, things to be won or dominated, people to be tricked, or as objects. You can't have simmering hatred or insecurity just under the surface of all your actions. You CAN approach people with honesty, empathy, and care. You CAN make yourself as well rounded and stable as possible. You can't gamify dating. You CAN place yourself in situations where the type of people you'd like to date typically are, whether that's hobbies, volunteering, sports, etc.

Even if you do the right things, that doesn't necessarily mean things will be automatic or easy. When you're dealing with other people and their desires, you can't control how they react to things, all you can do is do your best and to try to approach the world in a way that doesn't harm yourself or others.

Not just that, It could get your teeth knocked out from what I hear some of these assholes say. There was this group called the purple pill podcast that was talking about a women's weight right in front of her face ( and she was nice looking) and they just shitted on her. I was pissed, then I realized that half of their content is punching down.

Yeah, in the same rant they will talk about how men are abused and neglected and women are picky with too high standards, and then denigrate, abuse, and mock any physical imperfection on a woman.

I think topics like these miss the mark on one particularly influencing factor.

Not all women are healthy/know what they would like.

Because of this, redpill dudes or bad guys can still get women. And to guys with bad luck with women, its hard to convince them that redpill wont work when they see it working on women.

CE in general very frequently doesnt factor in feelings and emotions when it comes to people (which is ironic, because redpill loves touting logic and biology. When they are only successful because of ethos pandering).

Most advice alternative to redpill doesnt really work in practice. For a multitude of reasons. A guy who isnt good with women, imo, is more likely to be the wants to listen, is caring, has goals type.

But there is a distinction that must be made to build sexual attraction. Without it, youre just a good friend. Cause whats the difference between a man/woman friendship vs a husband/wife?

A lot of guys who have trouble dating probably are just overly cautious or safe when building attraction. Which the redpill focuses on heavily. Alternative advice kinda doesnt.

He is still a doctor. He is a psychiatrist. He can't just say anything and not get his license revoked.

he would be much better if he didn't introduce spirituality and pseudoscience in his therapy. the stuff about how facial structure defines personality is cringe. I understand that therapists so support the use of prayer beads to help those with ADHD, but he keep pushing the use of PRAYER BEADS instead any other object.
