Calwings 10/05/23 5:30:59 PM #1:	https://twitter.com/BattleBots/status/1709523771579617336 The first 5 weeks will be play-in tournaments (no bounty bot stuff this time around) and the 5 bots that advance from those will join the 3 most recent BattleBots world champions in a Tournament of Champions in the final episode. The first play-in tournament tonight features a few veterans like Rotator, Skorpios, and Valkyrie, as well as the recently re-designed Kraken and a few newer bots to the competition. As a reminder, please put any discussion of match results under spoiler tags until 24 hours after the episode airs out of consideration for people who can't watch the episode live, especially if you decide to watch the episode early on Discovery+ or MAX before it airs on TV. I won't tell you any exact results in case you decide to go watch those seasons yourself, but Witch Doctor and Minotaur are among the all-stars of the sport, pretty much always competitive. Not as dominant of a win as its first two, but still, I'm impressed at how well the bot is working now.~~ Overall, a pretty good first episode for Champions 2. It hasn't really won a notable fight in quite some time. Good job to Shreddit Bro for actually managing to stay alive consistently. That said I'll be shocked if this doesn't end up being the easiest of the five mini-brackets.
