All you have to do is disable all other adblockers apart from ublock origin, go into the settings, disable any extra/custom filter lists so that only the default 5 are enabled, press "purge all caches" along the top of the "Filter lists" menu, then the "Update Now" button. Only took me a few minutes how to fix though. Just cleared the website cookies, ublock cache, and redownloaded the filter lists/updates. After logging back in, their accounts seem to be working again.
