Part of me still thinks this entire day has been an attempt by you and Isquen to distance yourselves from each other when your pairing wasn't going to be allowed to stand, but I can't be mad at you for making what is objectively the correct decision if you're town.

So Isquen can return and accept Kirby's date.

Or failing that Kirby can return and accept yours.

Either way the triple kill is avoided.;

Way I see it is thus:

Outcome 1: scum is already paired with each other, and this is just a dinner meal. Kirby and Ulti are town, I die and have to not care anymore because it's up to everyone else, since tomorrow they dont have a free out.

Outcome 2: scum is already paired with two different town, Kirby is town, Ulti is town, and we lose anyways tomorrow when the scum pairs off.

Outcome 3: both Kirby and Ulti are the scum and are baiting me into offing one or the other so they can prolong this farce another day.

Convince me that my own death ain't worth it at this point.

I don't have anything that I haven't already said multiple times.

You're missing a few outcomes such as only one of them is scum, or from my perspective the chance that YOU are the scum wringing your hands before accepting a date at the last minute, but generally you seem to have a grasp on it.

Which is why you should realize triple killing is not worth the risk. And all of those options do not have equal chances of being true so it's not like you can point to your 3 outcomes and say "2 of these 3 outcomes don't kill town immediately, therefore town only has a 33% chance to die immediately". It doesn't work that way.

why can scum only be Kirby and Ulti together and not say, Ulti + someone else? Wheres option 4? Or 5 for the Kirby variant

Oh and MZero is back. We could potentially shuffle JC back to date someone if Isquen would rather date him? But that assumes JC is still here.

Sounds like you're incentivized to pair with one of us to kill the other if they're scum, then.

I don't see a point in accepting a needless death if you're town. Take the chance on one of us.

I just want to die at this point, I'm stupidly frustrated with the format; Ulti is being reasonable, which is red flag city; Kirby has been saying town unfriendly stuff all game, and the only thing not keeping me going for his throat is my night 2 with Lopen.

To me it was less about trying to utilize the 99% dead only power role left scan, and more just that Chris veto'd the lynch, so if he didn't date Sultan, I was going to push for Sultan to be in the final 3.

All that really mattered was Chris being with someone most people agree is scum, so that if we hit the other one, scum is forced to kill Chris to not get revealed. Ultimately I don't think it really matters, because even if they did want to WIFOM and try to keep Chris alive, then he's just confirming people.

But if we don't lynch scum, then it doesn't seem to matter who we pair Chris with. Scum just doesn't move with them regardless.
