I'm doing a whole ranking of all 1025 Pokemon, and Finneon was a new creation in the ABYSMAL Gen IV roster who offers nothing new or exciting compared to the three generations prior to it. It's just a happy sunflower. Battle prowess aside, it's not like "it's just a flower" Pokemon were overkill by Gen II. Yeah, that movepool was awful, but at least it wasn't "all you get is Tackle until all the way to 44 when you learn...
