Not sure how this all works but if one member of NATO says "no" its a wrap, or does US have that much power?

There's a security council with some countries on it where one person can just be like "nah" and the US is one of them

Not NATO, the UN Security Council.

In which the 5 permanent members; US, UK, France, Russia and China; can individually veto any resolution, as the US did here.

I wish America wouldn't act like the good guy. And just be like get the fuck out here we don't want you here. In place of saying something wishy washy. Same thing with the war in general. American needs to be like, we just don't care how people die. Like being honest is a better than acting like we are the good guys .
