The wildfire spread across the campus like news of a school wide game of high stakes mafia. This is what comes of removing wholesome asbestos from schools. A burned down vivarium and a generation of youths with lazy slacker lungs. Oh, sure, they vape, but it's just not the same as old fashioned rock fibers. Anyway. No one really cared about the fire. There was mafia to be played. Scum to be caught and...dealt with.

Even the high school kids taking extra credit courses wanted to get in on the action. Were they even eligible for priority registration? Who knows, they were here to win. And technically enrolled, unlike that malfunctioning robot from 2001 that served delicious word salad in the cafeteria.

"Hey kid, are you one of those mafia punks?" asked a smug looking bully.

"No, I am Luis Guzman - town vanilla. This is a claim I spent a lot of time preparing it." replied Knightz proudly.

The bully looked skeptical. "Isn't Luis Guzman like, 60? And what do you mean you prepared to claim to be him?"

"For legal purposes I am 13, yes. Schmitty!!!!!!! (I learned that word from Antman and the Wasp)." Knightz countered defiantly.

The bully looked down at the fresh faced youngster, then looked at the bronze statue of the grizzled character actor.

"Checks out," he shrugged. "You are clearly town."

"That's right, as you can see, I claimed to be town. I don't know what more you could possibly want from me?"

Soon Knightz had the campus eating out of the palm of his hand. Everyone hung on his every word, well convinced of how obviously confirmed town he was.

"Hey Knightz, I think it's super fleek that you yeetz mafia games on an E-reader, that's like, sooo retro-chique!"

"Knightz-o, so sorry to hear your bro got arrested by the Gamefaqs cops for being not as cool as you!"

"Knightz my dude, is it true you can do a back flip?"

Knightz answered the crowd of admirers by doing three backflips.

"That's so town!!!! Knightz, tell us what's cool, tell us what to think!"

Knightz thought carefully. "Discord is for babies. I haven't used it since I was six."

The crowd went wild with cheers. "This guy is so fudging smart, no cap, that I think he might be Sir Chris in disguise."

Knightz smiled and pointed at a random guy, the one who had most recently been pointed at by someone else. "That guy. Total douchebag. Obv scum."

Members of the crowd started frothing at the mouth and passing out. "WE LOVE YOU KNIGHTZ. PLAYER OF THE GAME YET AGAIN!!!"

"Computer, end remote dreamatorium simulation," Knightz said softly as he felt the rope tighten around his neck.

In an alternate timeline, your omniscient knowledge of television tropes leads you to realize that you live in the darkest timeline and accordingly you and your friends should now all wear goatees. But also, a desire to make it back to the prime timeline, prevent the timeline from being split via quantum dice roll, and regain your old happy lives. By any means necessary.

At night, you may attempt to target a player. If successful, you will roleblock them and prevent any actions they may have attempted. They will be told they are roleblocked. You will also learn their flavour name and mafia role.

Secondly, has anyone seen Lopen? He vanished a few days ago, and I know he was near and dear to many of your hearts. Finally, it seems some of you are kind of confused about how to play mafia. The point of the game is to find the mafia, not details about their personal lives. I thought Knightz was town and while I thought MI could in theory be scum playing timidly I did not trust the push. Once Chang moved to MI the way he did I was never going there.

Btw as an fyi for anyone else doing votal count analysis later on, d1 totals showed 2 on wallz with 3 names. So only ctes and igcd didn't have votes down. Igcd because ???, ctes because after pulling off Wallz he never went anywhere else

Knightz left a PLETHORA of information in his wake

This post makes Chang pretty clearly town. We know now that when Knightz claimed Luis Guzman he did in fact NOT have a full flavor claim prepared. So Chang was right on the money here. And there is no way that he announces this information to the whole game while suggesting to obliterate Knightz if he is on the same team.

Town points to FD in a lesser extent for applying the pressure in this critical moment. And remember that Knightz first responded to FD with "NO", before later saying he was putting together his claim. It does look like FD triggers Knightz here to go and put something together.

I broke Knight 3 hours into day one. Everything else was semantics and forcing people into action.

Yeah I disappeared after 2 hours when I was planning to have at least that whole night and no I still haven't gone back to read the posts I missed.

No argument I saw gave me a lot of confidence in him. Another thing that shook me on MI was I said something factually wrong and no one actually bothered to correct me on it. Something was definitely wrong about that train.

Everyone, including myself, who pushed mi at end of day should have at least some suspicion on them moving forward (me, red, Ulti, Chang) - of these i think Ulti should be the most widely read as town by others and i don't mind if i get some heat.

I am fine with attention on red and chang, obviously. And if you need to put pressure on me to feel better, i will do my best to put you at ease.
