He is not meeting deadlines or the requirements of his bankruptcy which includes selling his apartment in New York and his condo in Florida. He likely got intentionally fired from his radio show in an effort to stop Freeman and Moss from getting that money. He also continues to defame Freeman and Moss. Thus far the judge has banned him from being able to appeal the defamation verdict. My guess is the judge will eventually convert the bankruptcy to a chapter 7 which would mean all his assets are seized and sold. Thus far the judge has banned him from being able to appeal the defamation verdict. My guess is the judge will eventually convert the bankruptcy to a chapter 7 which would mean all his assets are seized and sold.
