Good, they deserve the infamy, and it may help get an anti-Republican news cycle going. Focusing on the evil of the Supreme Court is a great way to increase turnout. It's not hypothetical like it was in 2016, it's actual corruption and erosion of democracy that'd be locked in for decades with a Trump win.

Nothing will come from this from a political aspect, but it will absolutely have ramifications on the public appearance of the Courts and the media will absolutely have to give it credence, even if Republicans table the articles.

So it's a win win even if literally nothing happens, because much like Project 2025, just getting it out there is enough.

Zero average Americans want a court that takes bribes. None.
