The ones they've shown so far that aren't free have some notable changes. The free ones are likely just changes to resolution/framerate. That list seems odd though, Like I guess yay for the 2 or 3 people who have been holding off on playing Captain Toad or Arms in hopes of a switch 2 upgrade.
