This sucks and I'd certainly be pissed if it happened to me. But at the same time, what is the fucking point of having a sealed and graded game? What even are the criteria when you can't actually open the box to look at the damn thing, let alone play it or read the instruction manual? Graded cards make perfect sense since you can still look at them. But all you can see here is the box. BTW, Yellow has a battery in it.
