Hopefully they can fix this issue. At least I finally had a good King Halo run that won the Finale, I hadnt even made it through her Senior Year on attempts prior to that

King Halo seems like an awful Trainee at first glance, but I dunno for sure.

I got the pity Kitasan so I'm at 3LB now. I think I need to start pulling horses now. Or should I save up for the next good banner?

King Halo is definitely bottom tier and her career isn't particularly well-suited for her either. I just wanted to have a decent third sprinter for Trials so I could put Maruzensky elsewhere.

Yeah, the server lag has been terrible the past couple days. Makes a bad rng run that much worse with how long it takes.

I might have just had good luck with King Halo, but after using the legend race stars to upgrade her to 2-star, I didn't have any trouble with a 4-speed, 2-stam deck along with 16-star pow inheritance on my only attempt so far. I forgot though that she does start with B Rank Mile and Medium, so you'll definitely want to upgrade those to A from parent pink sparks.

After that, once you get enough stamina for her medium races, you can just pump speed and her 20% power growth will take care of the rest.

While not as straightforward overall as Bakushin, it's at least a lot easier to raise her power.

Probably won't hurt to pull a couple here or there. I might wait until the upcoming Smart Falcon banner to do a 10-pull and hope to get an El Condor Pasa at least as I only have Haru for running dirt.

There's about to be a Super Creek card banner in two weeks. Could be worth considering. Otherwise I think the only thing for the foreseeable future is just which horses you want

augh got the Hot Springs ticket for the very first time on a Super Creek run, she completely blew it at the Arima Kinen after winning literally every race prior

Turns out this is actually really hard to do. What the hell.

I can not train every single turn, never give a good mood, and place them as a End Closer with an F rating and they still somehow get first...

Daiwa Scarlet and Haru Urara both have immediate fan checks (Tulip Sho requires 1750 fans, which is higher than average for a first non Jr/Maiden race). You can just fail to qualify with that.

Ah shit you get free carats and club points on the first of the month based on your club's rank, but we are just under a week of our club being a month old to make us eligible for todays RIP

It says we're D on the Club screen but C+ on the Club Rank screen...

Either way we're not exactly going to be swimming in rewards.

By the way, how far did people get on the reward list for the event? There was a lot of good stuff near the bottom but I was nowhere near getting any.

With a full build to stack event points I could get around 17k-24k, but going through Career so many times is just draining. I need a macro or something.

There was one support card regular ticket and one trainee ticket, but besides that it was just monies, sp, sashes, some toughness 30s, some carats, and statues like you said.

That two legs thing is incredible

I wouldn't have minded grabbing those extra tickets but no big deal either way

Apparently that Goldship GW Celebration Hijack is a bunch of event missions that'll give 5k+ carats and $1.2mil monies. That monies will be big, I'm always broke af even with doing the Hard monies dailies with every tciket

If you're talking about Akikawa and Tazuna being horse girls, pretty much everyone paying attention suspects they are.

The theory on why they're "hiding" is that Cygames simply couldn't get the license to use the 2 horses they're based on.
It's a similar case in Cinderella Gray with Belno and March supposedly being based on real horses but were given different names to make them legally distinct.

I think Happy Meek is the only pure fictional horse girl, not based on any real life horse.

There is a real Happy Meek now but named after the uma instead of the other way around

I was all the way through the reward list, like, 6 days ago. Got through 12 of the bingo cards, too.

I applied for the last open club spot after it was full the last time. Does the roster limit increase as the club's rank goes up? It was full the last time I looked it up which was surprising to me.

I assume it'll stay at 30 spots like all other Cygames guilds. The club rank is based on the number of fans everyone in the club pulls in (from career mode runs) for the month and you get better rewards for doing better than other clubs, so size increases would have to be universal.

That being said I think MSG opened it to pubs at some point to fill it, so he could probably kick someone out for you

Man, Super Creek sucks. Burned through 4 Careers and she just. can't. do it.

It doesn't help that she can't use her own busted support card.

The first actual PvP event is coming up in a few weeks. You can get a head start on it by knowing what's coming.

It'll be 3v3v3 and the only thing that matters is that you get one of your horses to win first place. There will be 2 separate divisions and you can only pick one to join. One only allows you to bring B+ and lower-leveled umas and has a slightly worse prize pool, and the other has no restrictions and you can bring anyone. You might think that leads to the first group being easier, but not really, because even the whales will be min-maxing and getting the best B+ horse they can.

The race will be 2400m at Tokyo, a left turn, sunny weather Spring race on firm conditions, so you can start raising horses with those particular green skills. Dominator is another incredible skill for everyone on your team to have, which is why Agnes Tachyon and Grass Wonder are gonna both be pretty good. Make sure you stock up on stamina recovery skills: Swinging Maestro is still the GOAT, Gourmand and its other strategy equivalents are a close second. There will be stamina debuffs flying everywhere so be ready.

You can build your team one of two ways, really. You can either run, as an example, Evil Nature and Villain Creek, debuff the shit out of the other teams, and hope your best overall uma can beat them. Or you can pass around a Dominator skill to 1 or 2 good backline umas, and just run 3 Aces and hope one of them can win it.

Agnes, Nice Nature, and Super Creek are gonna be your best bets on debuffers.
Gold Ship, Grass Wonder, Air Groove, Special Week, Maruzensky, and Oguri Cap are the best Aces.

I've been looking into this a little, seems good to start training up Uma's for this sometime soon, we have a bit over two weeks to prepare (starts Aug 17)

Like you mention, Evil Nature seems to be very meta to debuff the enemy team, and because of that, Gold Ship might be meta as the Ace in order to dodge Evil Nature. The reason being Nature's inherent debuffs trigger on Umas in front of her in her field of view, and since Gold Ship is an End Closer, she'll be behind her and miss some of it, and Nature's other debuffs she can easily get access to from good Support cards that don't deal with her field of view are role related.... for Front Runners, Pace Chasers, and Late Chasers. So Gold Ship is very clear of Nature's shenangians.

However - I watched this guys video and he had some interesting thoughts on Air Groove -

She has Disorient which narrows field of View for runners behind her - which could nerf Nature's ability to debuff enemies, And she also has Hesitant and Flustered End Closers - so she can debuff Gold Ship. So she kinda counters the meta.

I'm tentatively thinking about building a team out of Evil Nature, Air Groove, and Gold Ship based on this but we'll see. I'd need to spend a lot on upgrading their potentials to make it really worthwhile.

Hell yeah another Nice Nature fan. I like her a lot. I think Maruzensky edges her out as my absolute favorite, but Natie is definitely top 2 either way.

Nice Nature has stood out positively in Season 2 as a competitor and Season 3 as a mentor.

Nice Nature really grew on me during her run- usually I vastly prefer the big unhinged personalities but she's on the faves list anyway

Will Items be usable in the PvP event?

Low key, Team Canopus has one of the best rosters.
Team Spica can be a bit too bland at times or underdevelopped.
And for several characters their big motivational pick me ups after going through troubles weren't from their teammates, but someone on another team.

I don't think I'll win another Team Trial in my life. I'm obviously doing something wrong because I've lost every single one I've tried for a week.

I can win a race or two but never the whole match. Anymore I just choose who to go against by looking at the opposing lineup photo and go for who has the fewest unique outfits.

Just so you know, Team Trials is not about winning. It's about accumulating points, which you primarily do by activating a whole bunch of skills. You get bonuses for winning and placing high, but they're merely bonuses.

It's kinda hard to tell without seeing the stats, but a big roadblock for most racers is going to be a lack of stamina. If you dont have enough stamina to finish a race the rest of your stats are basically worthless. You'll especially need a lot of stamina for longer races and for Frontrunners and Pace Chasers. In Career mode you get a hidden +400 boost to all your stats, so problems finishing a race might not show up there, but will become obvious in PvP. Try watching the race in full to see where your trainees are struggling.

This too. Winning gets you a ton of points, but there's other areas to improve in. For one thing, I notice you have duplicate styles on some of your teams, which isn't the worst thing in the world, but will cost you points (you can gain a bonus multiple times in a race if one of your trainees is leading their "pack". For example; being the fastest out of all End Closers. So if you have all three of your racers running different styles then all three have their own chance to snag the bonus for themselves.)

Unless I'm mistaken, I'm going to also guess that part of it is that you have a full roster, so you can still be matched with people with less umas but better stats, and the other part is that your umas don't have great stats judging purely by their letter grading.

If your team rank is close enough, you could theoretically get matched with someone that has just one uma with superior stats of each track type that could easily win against each of your groupings.

I've noticed the groups with half full rosters make and assume that means I'm not winning. I didn't know anything about the underlying scoring system so that's good info. I also tend to ignore stamina during career modes since I find plenty of success without it so a hidden attribute boost in career mode is unfortunate to hear.

I appreciate the help. I'll try and switch up my focus on building my horse girls during career and maybe that will yield better results outside of career.
