My impression of A&M/Notre Dame is these are both bad teams with bad QBs. It's going to go down to which side makes the last mistake of the game.

Also the announcers clearly haven't been watching the game that's actually on the field, as they've been factually wrong about the result of over a dozen plays and seem to actively be describing a game that isn't actually happening.

A&M's QB is under 50% completion and they have about 100 rushing yards... And they have 34 points because ND's defense is that bad and can't cover anyone. He just sucks too much to actually hit the majority of his wide open receivers.

good news for Notre Dame is that they have no ranked teams left on their schedule so they can go 10-2 with no good wins and still make the playoff

Also GameDay is going to Florida/Miami next week? Why? I get that there aren't a lot of great options, but you do have a couple of ranked matchups, like Illinois/Indiana or Mizzou/South Carolina.

A national contending Miami against an in state rival is just more compelling on paper than Illinois vs Indiana or Texas Tech vs Utah.

Yeah, I get that the names are more appealing, but if South Florida (and last year) is any indication, Miami is going to lay the smack down on Florida.

The SEC is going to have three permanent rivals starting next year that you play every season. Tennessee's are expected to be Alabama, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky. I'm good with the first two. Kentucky is not a rivalry in football. We've lost to them twice in my lifetime. I'd have rather kept Florida or Georgia, but it is what it is.
