I like coffee but I think I'm predisposed to be heavily affected by caffeine because I'll sometimes get negative effects from drinking it.

Lately I've been drinking probably 24 oz per day.

Current habit is a pot a day, used to be way more.

No. Im 49 and had less than 5 cups my entire life. Just not into it. But the super rare times I do just black and plain. No cream or sugar or milk or anything. I know you can have iced coffee but Im just mot a fan of warm liquids to drink. Its good in soup but not a beverage. Like I think hot tea sucks but iced tea is my favorite drink. Hot chocolate sucks but cold chocolate milk rules.

Super rarely. Sometimes if a friend is offering it when I spend the night, or sometimes at a wedding (black, if I get it). So maybe once ever 1-3 years.

I was at a family wedding a month ago and decided I would have some coffee. My brother commented that hed never seen me drink coffee before. Im in my mid-forties.

I drink it most days, but I've been cutting back cus its super expensive nowadays. Even the cheaper coffees like the seattles best, dunkin, or mccafe costs too much

I'll sometimes grab a coffee (2 cream, 2 sugar) on my way to work but it's not something I do everyday.

I'm always surprised to see how sensible of a topic caffeine is to americans. Here in Switzerland, most people I know drink 2-3 coffees a day. It's part of our culture. Not those iced lattes or other overly sweet stuff that can can be often found in chains like Starbucks. Just good coffee.

I'm an avid espresso / ristretto drinker and usually have me 3 small cups a day (no sugar, no milk). Love the smell and flavor.

I haven't had caffeine since 1996.

I use it as a weekend morning treat to limit my caffeine intake. I drink mostly black tea throughout the week.

Yeah I believe I started drinking it regularly because of a job I had where it was free.

I'm one of those rare people in that coffee does nothing for me. I tested it over and over again but I can easily fall asleep right after drinking it and I can get up without having to rely on it. It's just something I tend to drink 2-3 times a week because it gives me an excuse to walk around in the office without having a supervisor questioning why you are standing up in the kitchen making something not around lunch time. If I do drink coffee, it's pure black. Good for your metabolism and pooping.

I treat coffee the same way I treat alcohol: Drinking it only for social reasons, never otherwise.

Oh yeah.
At home, I take whatever pod my wife has in stock and throw it in the Keurig. Then I add a good pour of whatever creamer is in the fridge and then toss a shit load of ice cubes in my cup.

If I'm grabbing coffee, it's a large blended Golden Eagle at Dutch Bros.

Same. Tried decaf a few times and hated it so much I went looking for a decaf alternative. In the end I found it in Bovril. Zero caffeine and it tastes a hell of a lot better than any decaf coffee.

2 cups a day. Enough to get the benefits, but not enough to offset the negative effects of the caffeine.
