I got pillows from a broken gaming chair that can be wrapped around. Helping alot. TC, take breaks from sitting down for so long. Go for a walk. Also, work out your back. Will help reduce aches. Cold pad and then hot pad can help with the aches. Was standing up more, and doing those toe touching from gym class back in the day. So nostalgic to do that again. --- N.P.C.C. vycebrand2 11/02/25 8:06:37 PM #15:	Try being a farmer for 25y, work 16hr days then all of a sudden stop. At 51 being sedentary sucks. Between all my health problems that started after my friend passing. I was just about done fighting. Then the good news happened I walked around the block few days ago which is about 1/2 a mile total. I struggled to walk a quarter of that a year ago. I'm trying to do it more often. Who knows. I might be able to get back to my daily 3 miles like I use too. --- All the iron turn to rust. All the proud men turn to dust.
