It's cleary snarky and intended to annoy. If you really want to break it down to the dirty bare bones of communication, you'd at least spell it "get good" imo, if there was any sincere aspect to it

The ones who listen to the entire song, the way I sing it, and my vocal expression know only too well that I'm no racist and glorifier of xenophobia. The phrase "England for the English" [used in the song] is in quotes, so those who call the song racist are not listening. The song tells of the sadness and regret that I feel for anyone joining such a movement [as the far-right National Front].

Morrissey, on "The National Front Disco" (quoted in 2004).

I'd hate to think he's being deemed racist from song lyrics. I really can't stand that surface level analysis of songs

I'll concede he's likely a bit of a diva but I think it's incredibly obvious he's a progressive minded person. Look at the stage persona he had during 1980s England. There's a reason he's a queer icon

Interesting that they're adding prequel missions. I probably would have preferred a few more missions in between the first few levels though.

Always felt a bit odd to me that after you rescue Keyes in level 3 you never see him alive on screen again except for the flashback in level 6

I know about that 5 out of 9 criteria thing, but how do they actually go about diagnosing you? Do they just do an extensive interview and you give honest answers?

Or is there more intricate testing?

What would it even look like? Civil War 1.0 was a relatively clean north vs south divide right? There were borders along state lines and stuff

Let's say a state is 51/49 red and blue, even within some neighbourhoods its the same split, logistically how would that work in terms of battle fronts

I actually think its a better idea to keep them on the app until you meet. It weeds out the scammers for sure, and if they stick around, it means they actually want to meet.

It's also a cleaner finish if neither want a second date. I hate getting someone's phone number and there's no spark. Someone feels compelled to do the shitty "let you down" text and yeah I'd rather an unmatch

Nup, I tend to talk a lot. In school I was known for "saying the first thing that comes to your(my) head"

I've worked a lot on it as an adult, as even I get annoyed by those types. Much more tactful these days

I like them both a lot and my favourite depends on my mood

The original has more raw emotion and sometimes I prefer that. Really feels like he's "begging darling please"

The unplugged version feels a little wiser, mature(makes sense right, recorded 25 years later) and more reflective

I was never hit, just sent to my room when I fucked up. I completely hated it, but I probably deserved it every time

What's an acceptable form of discipline against children?

Because people could argue all manner of things have the potential for psychological abuse, such as being grounded etc. That stuff can easily fall under restrictive practices in several adult jobs involving care of people

Never played nor had much interest in the other two, but loved the original Splinter Cell trilogy. Double Agent kinda lost me.

Yeah, I stopped my run-through at Chaos Theory. The game got a bit too dramatic with its storyline after IMO, i prefer the more professional vibes of the first 3. Just a man doing his job

For those who aren't familiar, Splintercell was a one man stealth/espionage game, Ghost Recon a large squad based military shooter(where all your guys die in 1-2 hits) and Rainbow Six was kind of the middle man, a small squad based stealth SWAT style shooter

I find them all great and have been replaying the original xbox gen games from the series recently. Unfortunately only the Splintercell games are backwards compatible on the Xbox One but all can be played on the 360 if people have that lying around

For me it goes Splintercell > Ghost Recon = Rainbow Six

Something about the small super detailed levels in Splintercell combined with the excellent voice acting just make for a super immersive highly enjoyable experience

Everyone has different phrases or therapy speak that pisses them off more than others based on their own individual unpleasant experiences with them

"Show up" doesn't bother me, but "no offence but"(followed by something brutally cruel), as well as incorrect use of "red flag" and "boundary" piss me off to no end

I hate any language that feels remotely condescending or an attempt to control the conversation
