Wow they're increasing Lucent Singularity's cooldown.

Seriously? Nerf Lux but not like, Cass or Kass or Kennen or Morg?

It's not a nerf JC. It goes into cooldown even while in flight. Assuming you pull off an instant detonation at point blank range, its effective CD is 9.

Ni.

Warlords don't specifically synergize with anything, because they are already good at everything they want to do. Unlike other classes, a multiclass feat doesn't particularly patch up holes for you. As a Warlord, multiclassing tends to be a waste of feats unless you have a combo in mind.

So like, swinging at something gives it a -2 attack roll debuff whether you hit or miss? This looks like it needs some rewording for clarity.

Edit: And honestly I would REALLY like to avoid this campaign taking in completely homebrew items. Like, I would consider quitting if we started doing that.

Well, lets put it this way. Find the worst case scenario for this Boon and compare it to what you could do with an item of that level or lower. Remember, each portion of the Boon eats up a treasure parcel.

This is obscenely good, Kanz.

On Euri? Need I remind you that this adds, at its best, something like 6+6d8/10 damage? It'd be a different story if it actually counted as a crit, because then you could combo it with Solitaires, Tattoos, and more for critmongering. The one that worries me is actually Acts of War.

So here's the thing I made.

Homeland Army Corps Training - Level 3+
Once upon a time, you were a part of the standing army of the island known as Homeland. The lessons you learned during your stint in it have left a lasting mark on your personality and tactics.
Legendary Boon
Basic Army Training: Lvl 3 - 680 gp
Property: You gain a +2 item bonus to Dungeoneering and Heal checks.
Power (Daily): Move action. Move up to your speed +2, ignoring all difficult terrain.

Special Weapons and Tactics: Lvl 8 - 3,400 gp
Property: You gain a +2 bonus to all attack rolls used as part of a skill challenge (any attack roll that starts a combat does not count).
Property: You gain a +2 item bonus to attack rolls with all powers lacking both the Implement and Weapon keywords.

Black Ops Training: Lvl 13 - 17,000 gp
Property: You may use your Athletics modifier when making a Stealth roll.
Power (Encounter): No Action.
Trigger: You hit an enemy who is immobilized, restrained, stunned, dazed or dominated.
Effect: You maximize your damage dice and roll critical hit dice as if you had scored a critical hit, but trigger no other effects associated with critical hits.

Acts of War: Lvl 18 - 85,000 gp
Property: Attacks you grant inflict a -2 penalty to the enemy's attack rolls until the end of its next turn.

Commissioned Officer's Expertise: Lvl 23 - 425,000 gp
Property: Whenever an attack misses you, you may slide an ally one square.
Power (Encounter): Move Action. All allies in a Close Burst 5 shift 3 squares.

Commander's Presence: Lvl 28 - 2,125,000 gp
Property: Allies within 3 squares of you gain Regeneration 5 while bloodied.
Power (Daily): No Action.
Trigger: You hit an enemy with an encounter or daily power.
Effect: Two allies who can see or hear you make a basic attack against the target or charge it.

Tried to reflect a sort of 'rising ladder' of ranks as well as a set of war tactics. Hopefully it's compelling enough!

That shouldn't be the case. The lion most likely did *not* kill SSBM. I've already explained why but can re-explain if you want. Sceptile was in the room up until 23:33, with night-vision goggles, which means he wouldn't have missed someone barging in, stumbling through in the dark searching for SSBM and then hastily fleeing away (who would do such a thing with a witness in the very same room anyway? Had Sceptile just turned his head sideways, killer would've been screwed).

No, my question is, what if SSBM was killed afterward?

Alright. At this point, there's little to do except wait for investigation results.

This depends on two things:

B) Whether there's a way to access the vents through the rooms.

So it's possible but I'm not sure - would have to check past descriptions.

Then we need scep to give us more info on the contraption.

As for why you'd have seen it, I presume you would have noticed if he had a gun in his pocket, and obviously you would have if he had something in his hands. It isn't flawless, but it is logical - and I think this problem has to be tackled with logic after all.

My thoughts are along those lines, but they go more like this:

-Go into vents.
-Go to cafeteria.
-Jack gun.
-Watch events unfold.
-Kill SSBM *without the gun* as everybody leaves.
-Go back to room and snore the night away.

A) SSBM was alive when scep left the cafeteria. Scep also did not play a direct part on his death (i. e. no poison or anything).

B) The lion did absolutely nothing related to the murder. Assume he is a red herring.

Who kills SSBM here? I feel like you're going for the easy targets, instead of the correct ones.

The description for it is essentially a tiny eladrin with fairy wings, which is... almost exactly the same physical description for a Pixie, and it's a similar familiar to the sprite, giving the same arcana bonus but it's active power is alot cooler.

Pause does not exist for common usage as it should, the ready to play button should have been added ages ago, we've heard no word on a spectator mode even half as in depth as Dota's, and LoL does not support any community created content. When you have to change the base files to get a skin to work, it's not really considered supported by the client.

So basically semantics (except on the button). Really, we can do better than this Rock, considering allowing base file modding is in fact how RIOT endorses it and they're well aware of community content.

Also, to clarify, the features the thread talked about weren't gameplay things.

They were things LoL could actually use, like the pause feature, the "ready to play" button, fully implemented spectating, and support for mods and community created content.

So something that exists, something that is probably in the pipeline, something that is being worked on, and something that exists?

'uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh'

I am capable of doing an extra damage on Thursday, if anyone is interested.

The usage of the word damage makes me antsy.

In any case, summary of the events of the day:

-Standing outside the entrance to the human underworld, discussed our next plans.
-Before we could arrive to a consensus, the sky darkened and a portal opened, through which three girls stepped through.
-The girls were Learrette, Calmarie, and Samantha, and part of a new Fury squadron led by Learrette, who was one of Rael's daughters. She wanted to make the Furies into, and I quote, "A totally awesome squad of hot chicks". Thus, she challenged us to a fight to prove her worth.
-Beat Lea down savagely, to the tune of a coup de grace, facilitated by Amy and executed by Vance.
-Beat Samantha down thanks to a timely Dominate from Brona, coupled with multiple OAs. Had to suffer through a deadly pool of blood created by her and Calmarie beforehand, though.
-Valerian challenged Calmarie to a duel, which got interrupted when Lea was knocked unconscious. In exchange, Val gave Calmarie a free shot at him, which she used to rip him to shreds, revealing herself to be a blood-crazed monster. After much, heavy fighting, Brona defeated Calmarie with a critical hit.
-Met Vivi, the second hand of Rael and Learrette's babysitter. Talked with her, then woke up Lea, who forced Vivi to transform Samantha into a little doll, believing to have left her with a fate worse than death. Received a message pointing toward Rael's current location, a dwarf fortress.
-Infiltrated the fortress and rescued Rael. Raita proceeded to steal a hallowed dwarven axe and got the attention of powerful golems, as well as dwarven Sean Connery above. Session ended with us outside the dwarven catacombs.
-Leveled up to 8. Massive power boosts all around.

Tagging this. I talked to Anagram earlier this week, I may drop in tomorrow to watch, depending on what I have going on. I've been skimming through the Player's Handbooks so I won't be completely lost... I hope. >_>

Oh man, hype levels up by a ton.

Neither, you should just mix up what kind of fights you're using.,

I'm trying, but the party composition rules out some ideas (Brona and Amy ruin any ideas about armies of minions), and for reference, these two kinds of fights are easy to make for the party.

Well, right now, I think I'd prefer some easy-ish fights. Because of the pocket universe's constraints, Valerian is missing his heavy duty buff abilities, so a tough fight is kind of an issue for me. I honestly wouldn't be opposed to throwing down against three to five Elite mobs, though, so long as they weren't as outrageously borked as those rangers (that is, if they're on-level or level+1 elites that'd be far more preferrable to dudes with like four levels on us). First though, the Sonya fight!
