i have zero inked cards

i basically just upgrade each card to infinite once and then upgrade something else entirely

unless i get a good variant for a card i already had at infinite so i think i'm at 2 splits max on any card?

i'm starting to cook up a Hunter x Hunter themed role madness game and we'll see how that progresses but i have some stuff i'm excited about which hopefully comes together cohesively

however

i just got a new job and have to move to washington dc to start on april 10th so i definitely don't have time to run anything at the moment

anyone who has time to run a game is free to pass me up right now, dunno how long until i have free time again

very very glad i did not replace in and let isquen do it instead

would have been awful timing for me and i don't think i ever would have caught up to live gameplay

although i did suspect something nefarious afoot after seeing chris go down relatively easily for what i would expect

the 4th 5th and 6th seasons of community are already pretty questionable. doubt that seasons 7 through 10 would maintain decent quality throughout, so i'd rather see 10 seasons of the rehearsal

yeah the 3 day trial of ken is absolutely busted.

so much so that i feel like it could be weeks before my regular team is strong enough to beat whatever stage i'll be on when he leaves

not enough gold for the new random variant bundle yet but only 110 away, should get that via the weekly challenge before it leaves my shop

well i've always wanted to be a Jeopardy! contestant....

and while neither Barney nor Caillou seem particularly fun, at least the main cast of Barney isn't a little brat like Caillou

(This is why youre seeing 100 Tokens so much changmas; youre guaranteed to get that amount 1/4 times plus another chance to get that amount 1/4 times)

also Master Mold came out today and it's kind of an interesting card but is absolutely not worth anywhere near 6000 tokens

i actually think it could be a playable tech card against decks in the private battle mode but is likely pretty bad against most decks on ladder.

i know for example when playing my galactus deck that only runs 4 total drops costing 3 or lower i often get close to capping out hand size when i draw poorly, and getting 2 sentinels added to my hand would be catastrophic some portion of the time.

probably the best card to compare it to is black widow? 1 extra power on board, potential to deny at least one card draw. I think the upside of master mold is slightly higher but in a very small proportion of games, but on average black widow is probably a bit better because you can guarantee the draw denial and (in most cases) one space taken up on the board.

although I actually think if it added 3 sentinels to their hand it would border on being very very good, so maybe it's better than i'm giving it credit for as is.

whenever you would have gotten a series 3 card, you instead get a random amount of tokens between 100 and 600 (though i seem to find i get 100 about twice as often as any other number...)

you'll still only get 1 series 4 card per 40 caches

i'd probably prefer to work at a community college than on a game show. the second one is easy though, there's a lot of undesirable offices to work at in ITYSL

well for a take i've been made fun of for

i don't like crunchy cheetos or bugle chips because they taste 'cold' to me. something about the way they're cooked with the oil makes me just makes them taste like cold oil more than anything else and it's super gross

mustard is an absolute top tier condiment though

the 5 to 4 drop makes sense, it's just all the cards released in january + zabu, although they're almost all terrible

the 4 to 3 drop is....quite the set of cards...going to be exciting having to work towards those instead of getting big numbers of tokens again :/
