maximus is quite good. you can naturally pair him with cosmo to deny the on reveal effect or just play him on turn 6 when you don't care about the effect.

or on turn 5 when the turn 6 hand switching effect is active!

It's so aggravating making slow / zero progress because everyone just retreats on turn 6. It's like oh you won 4 games in a row but then lost a tight coin-flip type game with a snap, oh well back to where you started anyway.

i still think it's fair for leech to shut down decks that try and do virtually nothing until turn 6, HOWEVER...considering there's basically exactly one deck in the meta that plays leech, they should nerf that deck, and thanos stones + quinjet + lockjaw will always be the problem with that deck, not leech.

I never had it but i SWEAR its older than 10 years old, i feel like i have memories of people talking about it 12-15 years ago

My primary team has used Ganyu as a secondary DPS and burst support for Hu Tao. So I still use her very actively. I have enough characters at this point that I don't just run with that team for everything, but I feel like I need to for the Scaramouche fight or somebody's getting one-shot.

Stupid question, related: When Scara goes "goodbye cruel world" and those objects appear in the middle you have to clear to get the shot to stun him, how do you hit the floating ones with other teams? Ganyu clears them easily but when I bring other characters, I can't bring them down, and just resort to picking a character to die.

it doesn't look that bad except that turns 1 and 2 are often going to be horrendous and you probably won't even be able to play cerebro + mystique on turn 6 because you need to be playing something else most games

continuing my streak of good luck recently, i pulled amos bow off the standard banner but i don't have any carry bow characters to use it :(

i'm using every bow character as a support right now (yelan, diona, fischl)

i guess it'll just sit unused until i pull a bow carry one day

odds are a lot higher that someone (likely Frank) from Always Sunny will be carrying a gun or other weaponry. even though the question says it's a fist fight, we all know the gang is going to break the rules of the game and fight as dirty as possible

as for frasier the only real threat here is Bulldog (and though he has a ferocious attitude, he's quite short). Niles, Frasier, Daphne, and Roz aren't really threats at all, and Martin (former cop) now needs a cane to walk at all. Ed, Edd, and Eddy might all be kids but they'd be much more willing to get down and dirty in a fight and there's more of them to pose a threat with their strength combined.

i think shanna and orka are easily the worst and i wouldn't even consider putting them in any deck, all the others at least have some use cases / build around potential

Yeah Lockjaw has some weird stuff but I think that's consistent with cards in your deck not having any text. Like if Yondu hits Colossus then he's still destroyed because his effect doesn't matter when he's in your deck.

So Absorbing Man is copying a card that just got put back into your deck so it doesn't have any effect. Cards in your deck still have power though so I believe Taskmaster would work if Lockjaw pulled him.

taskmaster will not grab the power of the card that went into your deck, itll copy the power of the card played before that.

what's the lore on bluey? is this just a bunch of regular / anthropomorphized dogs who can talk or do they have like special powers or something

leech is fine when you actually have to spend 5 mana on him and not cheating him out via lockjaw, etc.

i think an acceptable nerf would be something like just silencing all the cards played on the immediately following turn, so if it comes out of lockjaw on turn 3 or turn 4 it doesn't ruin the rest of your entire game, but still retains some usefulness as a turn 5 play

I've played Shanna a few times off of her being randomly generated and I have to say she is very underwhelming

the friday night lights cast is definitely not just kids. it's literally about a high school football team and most of the guys end up pretty jacked by the end of the series, particularly tim riggins.

not sure how old you are, but if you're under 35ish i'd say use hinge for sure, it's by far the most popular app (that isn't completely riddled with bots like tinder) and it's free.

location based abilities aren't super intuitive. for example if rescue or jessica jones get moved, or if the locations get shuffled around, their effects are still bound to the named location they were originally played in, regardless of whether that location has shifted position or the card itself has gotten moved to a different location.

i think ebony maw probably shouldn't work like that (because other ongoing stuff like captain america wouldn't buff it's old location) but maybe that's what's happening here. i guess just don't play ebony maw with cloak lol
