aero is the best counter against shuri decks

sure you might lose to zola sometimes but it beats every other kind of shuri deck most of the time

I got to the last fight in Arctic Lake, but it had a Bison. I went through my whole roster and only managed to get the final Elena down to 10% health and Bison was still reviving. This sucks. Bison just kept reviving and doing AOE damage and there's nothing I could do.

i'm sitting at the 3rd to last fight waiting on my mercs requests to go through because my good characters died lol

How in the world were you able to buff your fighting spirit? I've never gotten any level up tokens for them.

figured it out, you get them from the chests periodically for pulling characters (in the top right corner, 0/30, 0/20, etc.). your character has to be SS to use them though

When you get District X do both people get identical cards. Because I just lost an 8 cuber and we had incredibly similar cards which I did not think would be the case otherwise I'd have never snapped.

i actually had this happen today too, so maybe something messed up in the coding or something

i beat 10-40 somehow. the only thing that really changed was that i got level 5 fighting spirit for cammy, which buffs / gives her something extra when set as an assist fighter. so i did that and won, i assume with some favorable fight RNG?

i liked skullbone's idea for a shuri nerf from a few weeks ago - the next card you play in this lane has its power doubled.

also make it so taskmaster can't copy power from the graveyard. if you destroy the card taskmaster is trying to copy the on reveal effect should just not work

when i said this 3 weeks ago everyone got mad and now it's the prevailing idea for a nerf :)

although i think in addition Space stone should also be changed such that either only it can be moved (You can move THIS card next turn) or if it worked like cloak so you could move something to that location, rather than from. it's way too strong with lockjaw as it is currently

i think sauron is a really strong card but specifically it just makes the normal shuri deck a fair bit stronger. i don't really think he's an archetype by himself

it took me 4 months and I bought 2 battle passes, and the $3 welcome bundle and the $5 jubilee bundle

i also spent every single gold on credits until i was series 3 complete

(i am now spending every single gold on token tuesday bundles to get those juicy series 5 cards)

nimrod is also quite a useful card for a number of different distasteful locations for most decks (anything that kills cards that are played there, locations where you can't play cards there (at all / after turn x / of cost 4 or above, etc.) or the new one that sets the value of any card played there to 2 (galactus there to bring 2 5 power nimrod there.

also you don't actually have to have nimrod on the left and galactus on the right, you just have to have an empty location somewhere to the right of nimrod (you can play galactus left and have nimrod mid and you'll still get 2 nimrod, or galactus middle and nimrod left)

oh no you're right, sorry. it's 2 nimrod and then the last one is wolverine if you played that too for a total of either 12 (without wolverine) or 16/18 power, which is still quite a formidable backup plan when your ramp doesn't come out

I've played about 20 games with this Galactus deck now and I have not played Nimrod once. He's so awkward to play on turn 4/5 when I'd much rather by playing Octopus in most situations.

It is winning a good amount and I've won some close games because of Wolverine but I'm not sure about Nimrod.

nimrod is a backup strat for when things start to go awry. he's most often the turn 5 play for me when i didn't draw wave / electro and can't cheat mana, where doc oc isn't particularly useful. 17 power (via galactus + 3 nimrod) can sometimes win by playing nimrod on 5 and galactus on 6, and is often better than hobgoblin (and is significantly more subtle)

it's also a good strat if they start messing with your side of the board with debris / viper / goblins and you can pivot to nimrod / destroyer mode which is often enough to win against those decks

here's the decklist, i didn't change anything. kang is definitely good for this deck too but i don't have him, although i think daredevil is just as good / in some cases better

oh uh i made infinite again playing exclusively galactus nimrod knull with absolutely no subtlety whatsoever. it is much, much easier with the 5x extra cubes after rank up.

most decks have one or two cards at best to stop the galactus plan and you often only lose 1 cube for it if they actually draw it and play it out correctly on the right turn. daredevil is also a sleeper MVP for making sure you can win with turn 5 galactus

personally i think having the nimrod wolverine destroyer package makes the deck better than a standard galactus deck - i won a not insignificant amount of games with no galactus at all just off of nimrod destroyer stuff, or off of a 15 power leeched destroyer

Well on the flip side, knull is fantastic in that location that sets cards to 2 power because it just adds 2 to whatever its effect is at

hard disagree. Until they have the ability to see what cards have been discarded/destroyed knull needs to display power in hand because theres no other way to track it other than adding every card by hand and making sure youve paid attention the entire game in case yondu destroyed something out of a deck even!

devil dino, Ronan, and morbius dont have this problem because theres a numerical tracker for both players cards in hand and for cards discarded

Man, they adapted a 5 volume WSJ series? Does anyone have some background knowledge on this, because it seems like such an odd pick to adapt.
A bunch of my current favs still haven't got their animes broadcasting 100+ chapters in.
Now I am interested in reading the author's other work Video Girl Ai, but uh Zetman, cool concept and some panels were awesome.
But it went on to have weird arcs too.

Zetman was pretty sick. I read the manga though, heard the anime isn't good
