Biden sucks. I have yet to see any compelling argument that he is actually a good candidate - only that he's the most electable one the Democrats could produce. Biden works best as a collective of concepts and ideas that are being imagined about him but that he doesn't actually possess. He loses a bit of support basically every time he opens his mouth.

This is not a case of diversifying btw. Diversification means spreading your money out into various sectors so that when one goes down the others will pick up the slack and keep your money rolling. All these casinos and touristy things will likely all see a fall and growth period at the same time, so its not really diversifying anything.

While chris' all in on the downside is nice, there is a chance it takes a few years for those industries to see large recoveries as we move through what is likely going to be a recession period. Travel goes up after the economy turns around, so a broader strategy of finding other sectors(Energy?, safer bets like Microsoft, the auto industry, etc) to invest in looking at the shorter term is probably ideal. Diversify a little bit so that while you are betting on these companies you keep making sure your money is doing something for you.

Personally right now, I have a saved pile of money in an annuity that was offering a good bonus(10%, I saw a recession coming figured 10% was good value) that I will slowly drain over the years but will still be there as a low risk investment and put profits from that into other higher risk investments of varying degrees(The goal is a decent chunk in an ETF/MF, and then a bit into stocks I expect to recover hard).

Unfortunately, we cant live like this forever. At a certain point, we will have to amass a certain amount of risk when cases die down.

Its likely restrictions will at some point be lowered only to be raised again.

We are still a long way off from this, we are only a little bit away from the beginning of the curve.

The better people follow the restrictions the sooner we can return to some semblance of normalcy.

Testing healthy people could be seen as a bad use of resources when resources are critical.

But at the same time we are releasing numbers we know are significantly lower than the actual numbers and that is causing people to take this less seriously. Particularly among those already convinced this is a hoax/overblown.

One thing I will recognize is that New York was too slow to respond to its dense population being particularly hazardous for something like this. Its very possible, maybe even likely, that they will go over the tipping point for hospital care availability.

i think the reason biden destroyed bernie is because there were also, like, 10 times more old people voting than in '16.

how many concessions was Hillary making? She made some, but she certainly wasn't as aggressive as BIden has been to recognize the Sanders platform.

Btw young people keep saying they need to not vote to get the DNC's attention(I assume this sentiment is being propped up by Russian bots). This is pretty much proven false at this point and if you actually believe this you are a goddamn moron. The fact is the reason young people get ignored is because they have a long history of...not voting. You want to know how much attention they have garnered by employing this strategy? Not very much. The fact is the only way young people are ever going to gain a bigger platform is if they actually show they are a reliable voting voting group.

Continuing to not vote is going to result in exactly the same thing it always has, people ignoring you.

For the US, I don't think so.
California should pay attention to it just because I'd expect Coronavirus + drought will be a thing in summer, for most places, filters should be fine.

We have drought-like conditions but droughts affect on water supplies take years to accumulate. We aren't going to have any water shortages in California for 2-3 years at least.

Now I have a decent time but I think to consistently achieve a better time I need a file that doesn't have access to the dive/water dash ability. Too many close calls lost to accidentally diving. Weird that you cant turn certain abilities off once they are earned(I dont really want to stick to walls either). Hard to achieve ground speed when cutting it close results in a dive half the time.

It would also help a ton if there were a way to turn ghosts off. They are very distracting after awhile.
