Not missing long term is another huge bonus for going with dual blaster jedis. While lightsabers can have dex boost their to hit (if I remember right), they can't have it boost damage like blasters do from dex.

High dex gives:

Bonus AC (you get hit less)
Bonus to hit (with finess weapons and blasters (believe light sabers are finess)
Bonus damage with ranged weapons
Bonus reflex saves (prevents damage from many spells).

Also works with lock picking and a few other useful skills.

So if you focus on dex with your char and go with blasters you do a freakton of damage from range, almost never miss at all, have high ac (so rarely get hit even if something actually can attack you), save vs most damage spells and rock the dex based skills.

I believe one of the implants gives +6 dex as well, so if you start off with an 18 dex (not sure if it was 18 or 16 tbh, as you need con for the best implants as well, and some wis/cha for persuasion and saves etc.

Anyway with 18 dex + 5 from levels + 5 from implant you end up with a 28 dex which is plus 9 to damage and hit per shot. You get a freakton of shots with haste + max multi-shot and dual wield maxed etc (forget if it's 8 or 6), but you basically destroy everything in one blast.

Yeah, it's too bad I woulda bought em again as well, but my ipad does still work (it's just really old so won'tplay new stuff cause it can't update to the newest versions).

Both are alot of fun though, a good challenge, and takes awhile to get your team up, along with a bunch of different characters to upgrade etc.

So netflix had this new show called Pretty Smart, which I decided to give a try. I liked it over all, but not a huge fan of canned laughter, but the main chair played by Emily Osment was so...vivacious and energetic (even when she was trying to play a grump), that I kept watching it.

Also had the dude from Runaways in it as well who I like.

Got to the end of the season (wasn't that long) and was like, I wanna watch her in something else.

So I totally IMBD stalked her to see if she was in something else I could watch and BAM she is the main character in Young and Hungry (also on netflix) which I am watching right now.

Seriously, I think I can watch anything with her in it.

Thought I was too old to watch shows just cause of a pretty girl, but guess not, she just makes me smile to watch her act.

My favorite are dual blaster jedi builds, don't remember the specifics that much anymore, but you just tear everything up that way. It's even more overpowered then the pure consolur/spell caster builds with insane DCs.

You get a decent # of skills as well with the build (you never go guardian at all, and I believe you start as the class that gets free nano-slots or whatever those are (can boost stats later with it or other advantages).

End game you just blast everything before it even gets to you, no need for a "tank" character, all 3 basically can use ranged as well, and nothing gets close to you.

Few things, most jobs require at least 30 mins lunch (non-paid) if you work more then 6 hours.
Many even require you to take a whole hour off!!!

That is one problem with working over 6 hours that isn't factored into the above.

In addition 4 8 hour shifts is 32 hours, while 5 6 hour shifts is 30 hours.

So the ACTUAL added time you are at work if you take the 4 hour hour shifts is at minumum 4 hours longer (2 based on the 32 hours, and at least 2 more for the 30 minute lunches that are non-paid).

As long as you are paid the same amount per hour (not per week) then it's only really the lunches you need to deal with, and your not working during them (eating etc) so not that bad.

The other main factor is how long it takes you to get into work etc. If your commute is fast, you are still wasting about 15 minutes (minimum) each way (so 30 mins all together). If you have a longer commute (even just 20 minutes), that adds up to 30 minutes extra per day you go in. That does make the 5 day option worse, so it depends on your commute.

In general though, 8 hours 4 days gives you a ton of flexability, you can even back to back your 3 days off sometimes (perhaps with a vacation day or two) in order to have a whole week off to travel etc. You could just take 1 vacation day every month, back to back your days off, and end up with 1 week off a month, every month (with a few vacation days left over if you get 2 weeks a year).

Again though, the best solution is to have 3 10 hour days a week, since you can support yourself fairly well on 30 hours a week (unless your getting absolute base min wage, and even then if your willing to rent rooms/have roomates etc).

10 hour shifts still only require 1 "lunch" period, and are much easier to work then 12 hour shifts (which often require two...and having done them enough times in my life, absolutely destroy the days you work them (get home/sleep/wake/go to work/barely eat in between).

10 hour shifts that start at say 8 am though, still get done by 7pm, and you can still be home by 8pm (eating and watching shows etc), you still have a good 4 hours or so to wind down/relax/watch shows/play games and it doesn't feel like your life isjust work on those days.

10 hours is honestly the best from my experience, and 30 hours a week is both enough work to support yourself (and with a decent job even save money), but leaves 4 freaking days off every week. If you can switch shifts with other employees doing the same, you can have whole weeks off without even using vacation days, and then use your 2 weeks, to actually add to a normal full week off, with another whole week (2 weeks to go to Europe etc).

Really works great with jobs that tip etc, like waiters etc, since you often make extremely good money per hour, can easily switch shifts with other employees and working a 10 hour shift isn't that hard (not great since your on your feet most of the time, but not horrid).

In WA waiters get min wage 13.50$ per hour + tips, and most of my friends were pulling in at least 3x that much in tips. A 30 hour shift like that is more then most people make working 50 hours a week in any retail or within double min wage job. My friend did just 3 6 hour shifts a week and pulled in well over 1k a week that way.

Honestly up to 12 hours in a day is better then an extra day for me.

My personal choice at this point in my life would be 2 10 hour days.

Even at min wage that would be all I need to survive and I don't care about anything else.

Actually Toby Keith is responsible for hundreds of thousands of solo cups being bought by people who think they bio-degrade in 14 years. I heard the song all the time. Why would anyone say "they degrade in 14 years" when they don't?

I am not joking when I say I really thought they bio-degraded and thats why I bought them. I have bought em in the past for the same reason, it's easier then washing a cup and I didn't think it hurt the environment. I'm not crazy about that, but I recycle and I avoid using plasting bags etc (have my own in the car).

Seriously, i don't know the dude at all, or his other songs (it was on a party mix we used to work out to all the time so I heard it a bajillion times), but that is pretty fucked up to say something like that which isn't true. Imagine how many people buy and use them because they think it's not bad for the environment!

But even the 4 your allowed to sell per year in WA could net you a decent profit, and how many cars do you really wanna sell. Quality vs quantity. Get more bang for your buck/time.

As seen below 42.4% of workers make 15$ or less in the US.
So the argument that some people are just not spending their money wisely, or should get a better job, doesn't hold water. There are only so many better jobs. 42% of the jobs pay 15$ or less an hour.

Many don't even offer 40 hours a week.

But even at 40 hours a week, that is $600 per week or about 2k after taxes.

Even with rent prices the way they are now, you can live off that, you just won't have money left over (just hope your actually at 15/hr and not lower).

It's certainly possible to do so, but you won't be saving up much money along the way, buying luxoury items etc. Way better if your stuck in a job like that to live with family if you can or have roomates so hopefully you can save up a bit and work towards getting a higher paid job.

If your part of the 42% though, it's certainly not your spending tendencies that are keeping you down.

There are actually a ton of uses for that, and not all torture related.

Someone is about to die, and you absolute blast the fuck out of them, leaving nothing really left, but bam they regenerate all the way back (and don't die in the process because there was nothing to get hit with) etc.

Also how much of your action is required for any damage they take to be regenerated.

About to get hit by a train, but you push them TOWARDS the train, so they get damaged by it because of you (even though it was just a few seconds earlier then they would have been damaged anyway) therefore, they heal all the way up after being smooshed by the train.

Technically it might even work on yourself, so if you harm yourself, cut off an arm etc, it would regen instantly as well, tons of uses for that lol.
