Yes.
I like him enough, think his voice acting was great, but his ME3 plot being a retread of Saren was incredibly boring and disappointing.. Still enough good in ME2 to warrant a 'yes', but it's on the fence.

Petty complaining about Teddie's awful voice aside, gameplay-wise this actually looks pretty fun. Very counter-based, good potential for comeback mechanics as opposed to lolxfactor or other such mechanics. Also All-Out Attack being a gameplay feature makes me far too happy.

Someone clearly never watched Jack vs Aku.
That episode singlehandedly brings Jack up to an incredible degree. Only episode where Jack and Aku have a steady back-and-forth, and it's incredible how the two play off each other. Some of Mako's best voice work as well, and that's saying a damn lot. Of course Persona 1 is awful anyway so that's wrong for entirely different reasons but... Mass Effect. Can't go back to the first game after the second. It's not even an issue of gameplay - that part is still relatively good, and the Mako is fun as ever for how awful it handles. Just the pacing, the dialogue... everything feels so dry. Mini-games are decent, formula is revamped to be even more hideously luck-based to the point where there's not even that Monopoly-like strategy where you kind of pretend you know what you're doing.

Honestly I just get the final boss as close to triggering Form 3 with Peacock as possible, then activate the laser. Gets it in a good range to use Shadow of Impending Doom to finish it off. Pretty much every max-size shadow other than the piano does a great deal of damage to her, or at least to knock her out in two or three shadows. Until then I just guarded and spammed air bombs, since Peacock has no approach if RANDOM SKULL ARMY happens.
Trying to kill her with Ms. Fortune, on the other hand, is a bit of a nightmare. All of her supers hit and her head is useless on that third form. I suppose if you desperately hammered away at your Playstation back in the day, staying up until two in the morning trying to figure out the god-awful controls so that you could misquote an overtly-preachy and trite title in order to sound philosophical to all of your middle school friends, the morons they are. I suppose if you cut out the completely needless backtracking, the poorly-written monologues, the terrible pacing when it came to cutscenes, the stilted dialogue, the unintuitive gunplay and control set up, the clunky way that Snake crawled at only fifteen degree angles and stuffed his face into room geometry like put a metaphor for sex here because Zero Punctuation, and just removed Meryl entirely there could be a game that would be considered 'sub-par'. But it's an aged relic from an era of experimentation, and it's no longer needed and has no place in this world, so kick its blocky ass out of here.
