I was reading earlier that the DLC characters for SFxT might not be included on the disc for the PC version, dashing hopes of people who were like "whatever I'll just pirate the PC version and hack and get the characters early"

but when Capcom admitted the characters were on the disc, they said "it has to be this way so that when the characters release everyone will be able to fight against them even if they didn't buy the characters themselves"
