More often than not if you say you'll help with the challenges in the chat, There's a high chance you'll be invited to a party and either be sent a friend request right after, or when a full party is formed, that's how it went for me anyway. I think playing with a friend isn't a good requirement, but whatever lol. I should try to do this tomorrow when I get off of work. it's actually not that bad of a game. They only thing that would keep me from playing it is the controls. I don't like point and click to attack controls for anything except Diablo dungeon crawler games. And even then it gets burdensome to have to point and click. More context to this: In light of the recent news of a new event for Overwatch's one year anniversary, I went through some of the files of the PTR using OverTool. What you see in this post is some of the most interesting unused content I found. First, there are items that are not event-specific: -2 new emotes for Sombra -2 new emotes for Orisa -A new emote for Tracer -A new emote, victory pose, and spray for Reaper The new emotes for Sombra and Orisa are most likely the new sit and laugh emotes we were promised by Blizzard. Tracer's new emote makes sense considering the fact that she only has 2 non-event emotes besides her sit and laugh emotes, whereas every other hero has 3. Next, there are items that are event specific. There's no way to tell what these items are, but here is a list of how many items each hero is going to get: 5 items: Reaper, Mercy, Torbjorn, Reinhardt, Winston, Widowmaker, Zenyatta, Roadhog, McCree, Junkrat, Sombra, Ana, Orisa 6 items: Tracer, Hanzo, Pharah, Bastion, Symmetra, Genji, Zarya, Soldier, Lucio, D.Va, Mei As for non-hero specific items, there are four new items located directly after the seasons 1-4 sprays and player icons. These are most likely the sprays and icon for season 5. There is also an item located directly after the Uprising 2017 player icon. This might be an icon for the new event, or something else entirely. Next, there are 2 items listed under the event_6 category, which might be new icons or sprays for the event. Finally, the most interesting new general item is listed under the LOOTBOX_EXCLUSIVE_0 category, which normally only holds the credit piles you sometimes get from loot boxes. This could be hinting towards a new tier of credit pile beyond legendary, but I think that it's more likely that this is some sort of entirely new mechanic. Finally, there's some changes that are coming to Lijiang Tower. WOO D.Va released and unlocked on HotS!, And of course I choose her "Fiery"/Eva-02/Asuka color scheme to play with, I think I did pretty OK with her in the 5 matches I played for those Loot Boxes, Though, I haven't opened them on Overwatch yet, though I'm calling it now: A bunch of Dupes and Sprays will be all I et, lol.... i wish characters weren't so damn expensive on HOTS it feels like you get very little gold for winning compared to what you need to buy any characters I only got her right away cause I got 1,000 of that premium currency for reaching player level 5, And since I found out D.Va was gonna be added, I didn't spend it until she came out and got her that way, I know there was a bundle with her other costumes, but eh, I don't much care for them, I'd rather keep using her Asuka recolor, lol.
