Evidence seems to be mounting of new maps/events/heroes in the next few weeks. I honestly wasn't expecting this much for the anniversary, maybe a new map, a few new cosmetics and a free box or something. But datamining and leaks suggests more.

In other news I got a 17 kill streak as McCree in mystery heroes yesterday, only broken when I ejaculated explosively and lost control of my character for the duration.

I will admit I'm disappointed that they didn't put much else into the detail department, like, changing a few of her lines into Police related, like, instead of "Shot Down!" she goes "Suspect Apprehended!" or something, granted that wouldn't make sense to say when you KILL someone, lol.

Or hell, at least let the Sirens on the mech go off when you Self Destruct, I mean, you get enough warning that it's coming already.

A neat little story that I had tonight.

I was playing comp, and there was a player who picked Hanzo. Now, I want to be clear that I don't think Hanzo is a bad character or even a bad pick, it's just that people pick him when they aren't good at him.

Anyways, this person picked Hanzo, and would not switch off of Hanzo even though the team was asking for it. We lost the entire match laughable bad. I admit that we held the 2nd point all the way to Overtime state. But when we were on attack, we couldn't even get the 1st point. Now, this Hanzo was actually doing damage and he said he had high damage but our Reaper had gold elims and I had silver elims so he wasn't getting all that many kills.

Next match, the Reaper and I got put on the same team again. The Hanzo was put in the enemy team. I noticed this and picked Soldier. While I wasn't upset at the Hanzo, I did want to see if he was going to just be Hanzo and never switch still. Well, the first point I was just playing like normal. But then I noticed he was Hanzo again, so I decided to harass him and focus most of my attacking just on him. I took him out constantly! And he never switched! I took him out so much and he was doing so little damage that I swear I only saw him use his ult once!

It got to a point where even someone on his team this time complained about him.

I really wanted to just make him switch off to another hero and not be a jerk by playing the same hero when you're just dying. Oh yeah, I didn't feel bad at all XD

I'm surprised the winrates are so low. I only played a few times on the second difficulty level but it struck me as kind of brain dead. Obviously the higher difficulties are hell, but.

Most crafted skins isn't super surprising, though I would have expected maybe Tracer instead of McCree. But I guess we gotta get that black and red edge.

his healing aura actually has some nice healing now
his projectiles do more damage and travel faster
he gets extra speed from wall riding and an extra boost when he jumps off
pretty great really

It always seems to be the first choice for a team to rush, yet a single Rein or Junkrat completely shuts the route down, it just feels laughably bad. I don't think I've ever seen a rush that way result in anything other than disaster, yet people keep trying it.

Yeah but all the bad players can't just stand there and mash Amp It Up to win haha. This rework actually forces people to play Lucio as he was intended and he puts out some good damage now for his efforts. People just need to learn how to play him. It's a little difficult on console but remapping his controls helps a lot.

Ugh, I really need to hurry and get that D.Va skin from HotS. Which means I need to install it...

If you don't have Genji's yet, you'll have to get his first, THEN you can earn D.Va's skin, then her spray if anyone's interested in it, I've only got week 4 left this Tuesday, I mean, thankfully 5 Games per reward isn't that bad, ya know, if it doesn't spam "Attempting to Reconnect" at the end of a match so often, that shit needs fixing....

Had a player go super toxic on me cause I was asking them to join team chat. They're logic was "If you want to tell us something, type it." I don't understand how they don't see that typing things out can't happen in the middle of a fight or that voice chat is just much quicker to use.

They went on to berate my Soldier play, claiming all I did was die. I was Ana the first round, then soldier my second round and managed to climb up to bronze elims. But apparently, all I did was die.

Not gonna lie, it left me triggered. And we still almost won.

In a way though, I understand why they wouldn't want to join team chat cause it was a chick and I've heard people say stupid things to girl players. But honestly, even if you're not going to talk in voice chat, at least join the team chat so people can talk to you. I really should have put that I meant that and not that I wanted them to talk, oh well.
