MrSmartGuy: For years, I've felt like there's too many degrees between myself and harming animals, so the idea of just shoving these little creatures into my actual washing machine to kill them sounds right up my alley.

Paratroopa1: the funny part you didn't know about my ranking is, I actually like the little fish more than the big fish. I know, right? what's the deal with this fucking hipster? who does this guy think he is? small fish do not belong at the top of rankings

Brayze_II: the japes don’t stop in this pokemon trainer story. If you want to chuckle, check it out

Cybat: Its totem fight is a pretty great moment in the game, and it's a solid concept. But even so, eh, more pure Water fish.

ctes: Wishiwashi is a very weird one. I kinda like it, it's a somwhat cool gimmick, but it was pretty disappointing using it. While its stats in school form are only outclassed by legendaries, megas and Slaking, it's speed tier is significantly lacking like everything else this gen and that really drags it down. And if it does get to its regular form, it's just absolute trash. It finishes well. I wanted to rank it higher, but in practice it's just not that great. I do like its design though!

StifledSilence: Shilly shally dilly dally

Inviso: I WANT to like this thing for school, but the fact that I have to watch it transform into the school EVERY battle is stupid. Just start as the school unless HP is too low for that. Transformation should only occur if HP changes enough to trigger transformation.

Luster Soldier: This is a rather interesting Pokemon, since it has an ability that can cause a form change. To most people, I think the School Form would be seen as the true form of Wishiwashi since it's the form it will have at the start of battle (when above 25% HP) after the ability activates. Due to the unique mechanic of the ability only activating when it's at level 20 or above, the School Form could be seen as an evolution of the Solo Form even though it's not technically considered an evolution. On the designs alone, both forms look terrible and unappealing.

The Solo Form of this Pokemon is a puny sardine-like Pokemon that sets a new record for lowest BST on any Pokemon. The School Form is a large beastly fish with 620 BST. The huge BST of the School Form comes at a cost of an ability that prevents it from being overpowered. It's the fourth ability after Truant, Slow Start, and Defeatist that limits a Pokemon's potential in competitive play. But unlike those 3 abilities, Schooling is the only one which can't be suppressed or replaced with another ability. Although Schooling is different in the sense it's a form changing ability, most of which cannot be suppressed or replaced.

Raka_Putra: Man was this thing annoying to battle and even more so to use (…I assume). It's very annoying to look at as well in both of its forms.

Luster Soldier: This new bear Pokemon is rather derpy and cute. The concept of a deadly hug bear that can kill you with a hug is pretty funny. Bewear also plays a large role in the Sun/Moon anime. The usual gimmick of Team Rocket blasting off into the sky when one of their plans gets foiled by Ash and his friends is no longer a thing in the Sun/Moon anime. Instead, this was replaced with a Bewear that randomly shows up to carry Team Rocket away. This has led to the anime Bewear doing some rather odd things, like running on top of water to catch Team Rocket falling out of their hot air Meowth balloon after it got blown up. Another case was the Bewear somehow jumping high enough to reach the top of a building.

StifledSilence: Bear Bro

Cybat: This guy got a lot of help by being on my ingame team for a while and being nearly impossible to kill thanks to its ability. Its flavor is very well designed, but it doesn't quite excuse the immense silliness of its name and design.

MrSmartGuy: I'm glad Smokey the Bear was able to find work after his stint at the park.

mnkboy907: Derpy designs are always hit and miss with me, but this was a hit. Being the new Team Rocket mascot helped, but I already liked it to begin with.

Raka_Putra: Bewear, Bewear, is a very wary bear.

XIII: Great name. Uninspiring design, stats.

Inviso: It's so FLUFFY!

ctes: Bewear is a mixed bag. It comes with a good typing for anything, but ghost with a cool ability, but pretty lacking stats other than attack and HP, so any special attacker can quite easily take care of it and seeing as it lacks any speed, it's not that fun to use these things combined. I don't really like its design either. It's somehow not as bad as Stufful even though it's almost the same, but it's bad. Finally, the Bewear in the anime that drags Team Rocket off every episode didn't really leave a great first impression, but I chose not to let it influence because it's so early on still. I do find it hillarious that it wants to hug but is too strong.

hotdogturtle: When this Pokemon was revealed they really drove home the idea that it was one of the strongest and most dangerous Pokemon ever. It could snap tree trunks with one arm and was literally a death threat if it hugged humans. I was really hoping that they would make Bewear one of the most powerful Pokemon ever to match the lore that they were writing. But then it turned out to only have a pathetic base 125 Attack. That killed any enthusiam that I had for it, since I already don't like the way that it looks.

swordz9: Looks like a Digimon

OrangeCrush: Looks dumb in-game, but its art is a bit kinder.

Paratroopa1: I think it's cute how they gave stufful cute charm and this thing unnerve. it's almost like they knew I wouldn't like it that much

Aside from Kommo-o's criminally low placement, this has been a good day. Just one truly weak Pokemon left.

hotdogturtle: Favorite new Pokemon. I like how it's more rough and rugged than previous horse Pokemon. Fun to use ability and overall nice stats, even has relatively high SpDef for a Ground type (85). Only thing it's lacking competitively is better support options. If USM gives it Stealth Rock or a recovery move then it could be the next Hippowdon.

XIII: Pretty ballin

StifledSilence: He's not Judge Judy and executioner!

Raka_Putra: Dependable, strong

Luster Soldier: This thing is an IN-GAME BEAST, especially if you have one with the Stamina ability. The ability gives you +1 Defense for every single hit Mudsdale receives from a damaging move. Assuming no critical hits, it should be able to wall any physical attacker provided the first hit deals less than 50% damage and it's also holding Leftovers for healing. This was one of the Pokemon I used during my first playthrough of the game.

swordz9: Best horse Pokemon

Inviso: This thing is a beast, and if it wasn't for the mohawk dreadlocks (Pokemon hair is a sore point for me), I'd definitely rank this big guy higher.

Brayze_II: this is a manly pokemon

ctes: Mudsdale is fine I suppose. One of the few Pokemon this gen I'm pretty indifferent about. Weird how much Hapu and it resemble each other. I will say that it's terribly frustrates how you need to ride this and it moves in complete slow motion. Complete in line with how slow the generation is in general, they litterally made a ride Pokemon move at 1 mile an hour to underline just how ass the speed tier of everything is thie generation.

Cybat: This thing is an absolute beast and carried through a ton of tough battles in game. But I really don't like its design. Its weird mane dreadlocks and mud-covered legs just don't look appealing at all to me. But I had to keep it on my team because Stamina is so good.

OrangeCrush: I wanna like it, but the color scheme sucks.

mnkboy907: I hate that this thing is good for in-game use since it's going to end up way higher rated than it has any right to be. The design just does not work at all. The dreads, the feet, the color scheme... The whole thing is just wrong.
