Well, that's a first... NONE of the three people who had the next three topics were around to make this one. So in this emergency situation, I had to take over and make it myself. Spidey, Gifted and Luna have each been moved back by one spot on the list, and will each still get their turns to make their respective topics. This process also removes DragonPick's last reservation (which was for V149) from the list, as unfortunately, he is now gone from this site. This topic will also be dedicated to him in his honor.

It stays a generic shonen if that's what you're asking. I read and enjoy it, but in terms of Shonen Jump stuff I like BNHA and Kimetsu no Yaiba more. I'm not watching the Black Clover anime though if you're not talking about the manga.

I may be enjoying it more because I haven't seen most of the generic shounen (like Naruto) that came before it. Anyways, two things: A) Watch the dub. Asta's screaming in the subbed version is nails-on-a-chalkboard bad and doesn't get better, while in the dub it's less frequent and much less annoying. B) Give it until episode 6. That was the episode that sold me on the show and how enjoyable it could be.
