BHB orbs are blessed again, this time getting me flying Azura. went in with 13 orbs and got her on the third green. too bad it couldn't have been the second (though not the first, because that got me a precious Fae) so i could take a shot at Camilla with a somewhat high pity rate. oh well, not a huge deal either way, though i really do like Camilla's art. same artist as summer Elise, who i also really liked but had to pass on.

Leaving New Years banner with +Def/-HP on both Azura and Camilla, but at least I have them for an adjusted flier team for monthly events.

Entertainingly went to cavalry banner to try and get Rhajat after that and ended up finally getting my first base!Camilla. Of characters that are not 5* locked, I only have Oscar and Leon to collect now.

Still got all month to chase Camilla if you want to. She's got the best art on the banner imo. Kinda bummed I got -Spd on her, but it can still work. Still may revisit the banner later.

Micaiah was pretty deliberately skipped over on that far-fetched hero banner (Dorcas, Mia, Lute). I feel like she'll be here pretty soon.

well after a disaster start to this voting gauntlet it turned out not too bad. around 6000th overall, 1500th on team Azura for round 3. kind of annoying that with all four rankings i wasn't far from the next cutoff.

with my merged Corrin, i was able to get 4968 in arena, which was enough to stay in tier 20 for a while, but that illusion finally ended. she's gotten me a lot more defense wins than usual at least. more importantly, i won't have to worry about burning crests or having the absolute max point skills anymore to just do the 19-20 dance.

as far as Camilla goes, i think we'll have more info on the 2nd anniversary stuff by the end of that banner that will make me not want to try for her again. but we'll see.

Pulled a NY! Camilla +Def/-Hp Not sure how good that is for her, but I'll take it. Gives me a unit to build up, haven't done that in a while.

Amusingly I also pulled a 5* Seth with the exact same IVs.

Nice to have a little bit of downtime after a Tempest and Gauntlet at the same time, but hopefully we get some new content coming soon.

+Def -Hp sounds good to me. She'll be pretty bulky with speed/def bond and fortify fliers. Slaying Edge Bonfire should work.

I think I may actually burn some feathers to give her a Slaying Edge. Just to clarify, I can transfer Killing Edge + to her and then Camilla can upgrade it herself right? I don't strictly have to go Slaying Edge > Slaying Edge+?

You can transfer a Killing Edge+ and upgrade it to Slaying Edge+ in the refinery, yes.

That's the thing to do yes. It's a big SP sink as a warning (1725 to learn all of Killing Edge, Killing Edge+, Slaying Edge+, upgraded Slaying Edge+).

I have a +Def -Res NY Camilla with that build and it works extremely well. With Spd/Def Bond and Iote's Shield she can tank almost anything physical and she doesn't have the downsides of many other physical tanks (poor speed and/or armour move).

Thank god we're finally getting some new content. Oliver is a fun choice for a GHB, but Zelgius seems like a really odd choice for a banner. He seems like more of a GHB character as well. If you want to put a Radiant Dawn sword guy on a banner, why not my boy Edward?

I've finally just deleted the app.

After going through over 300 orbs across 2 banners and not getting a single 5, and then spending 67 today and getting no 5s but 6 Henrys, I just can't do it anymore

Luckily I didn't spend any money today.

I assume it is not inheritable. Inheritable weapons are suffixed with a plus sign. I'm not sure of any exceptions to it.

The stats and kits were all datamined last night. Micaiah looks good. Like a blue Sanaki, but I have a lot of blue mages and no particular attachment to her.

Blue I think is probably unsaturated simply because (outside of Reinhardt which I basically stopped using because he's easy mode) honestly none of them actually are memorable. And by that I mean there's actually not a definitive non-Bladetome user in the tree. Linde and Delthea are both really good but "well just use blarblade on them instead" and it becomes just flat out boring to me. Granted I kind of have a different playstyle on the game since I don't like to mess with character's weaponry but yeah.

Point I am saying is that there's basically no Blue Mage (besides Reinhardt) that definitively uses their tome as default. Red has at least Celica, and Green has Deirdre/Julia.

But in terms of high tier red mages, yeah, red is kinda hurting. Personally I was expecting her to be red, so I'm pleasantly surprised.

Micaiah is probably an S+ tier unit though unless you get dogshit IVs or something.

Sanaki's upgraded tome is pretty good for red now as well. I prefer Delthea's default tome; it makes her a fantastic support unit.

Dark Aura is pretty awesome yeah. Want to give it to Linde but Ephraim takes precedence!!

I feel like most people just throw Blade tomes onto everyone though. Celica and julia/deirdre/sonya/(lolmerric) feel like outliers though

Lute needs the spd from her default tome, and Dark Aura is amazing. Summer Corrin, Ursula, and maybe Olwen are the only characters that need to inherit blarblade now imo (and then there's Tailtiu who it's also best for and she starts with it, like Nino and Tharja).

I gave my Linde a bladetome ages ago and have no plans to upgrade hers since I got a Delthea. Better to have them fulfill different roles, I think.

I'd also put Halloween Nowi up there as a good bladetome candidate. Most others don't really need it. Julia, Dierdre, Sonya, Sanaki, Lute, and Cecilia/S. Camilla are great with raventome.

Ephraim was the first one I upgraded. Dude is a beast now. I have enough to do Minerva or Sanaki but not sure which. Minerva's is better but my Sanaki has a perfect nature.
