Girl Friends anime would clean up..

I'd certainly enjoy it but seeing the citrus reaction I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't score well. Citrus is pretty similar. Theres some short form yuri thing spring season. Hopefully thats any good even though its only 5 minutes an episode.

It's the characters playing a game called 4 Goddesses Online. It's an action RPG like Neptunia U or Blanc + Neptune vs Zombies.

And honestly, Black Cat Princess is quite the annoying character for most of the game XD

I don't know if anyone reads Goblin Slayer, but the latest chapter is intense... In a really bad way. What follows is not really spoilers but you can interested what might happen. Like if the author was a dick this could actually be the last chapter and you'd be like, "Well shit." But it had a to be continued in the last panel so yeah

Honestly I was thinking about that too

I think it really belongs in a category of its own since its one of the funniest anime I have ever seen and I was not factoring in comedy when I made the list.

Also I forgot to say I loved watching all of the animu asides from the bottom tiered SAO.

Heck even after that last panel, I'm not holding out high hopes for the party in the next chapter. They're effed.

I really do wonder what sort of creatures the higher rank adventurers consider actual threats. For all the chaos and mayhem the goblins cause, they're still considered low-tier monsters.

At the very least, I see priest girl withdrawing from combat for at least a few chapters in order to cope with her PTSD. If it does happen, I really hope we see this as a sort of humanizing moment for GS, since he does effectively have his own version of PTSD, and he could help priest girl through it.

I'm worried whether they'll make it too TV friendly and tone down some of the less savory scenes involving goblins.

The Goblin Slayer manga doesn't shy away from graphic depictions of violence, gore, and the brutal rape scenes. It serves as both a reminder to the readers of how truly monstrous goblins can get, and highlights just how badass Goblin Slayer is.

Toning down those parts will also tone down Goblin Slayer's character as a whole.

Yeah, Netflix's selection doesn't seem to be that big, but it does have things I've never watched. I did watch both FMA series on it though. I should watch that AICO Netflix original sometime.

I just wish the boots looked a little better. But I can't find many places that have have Static costumes at all, and this is the best of what I did find.

(Also, I don't know whether it's coincidence or subconsciously intentional that everyone I've cosplayed or wanted to is dark skinned. But they're all characters I legitimately wanted to cosplay. The only exception is Spider-Man, and he's full costume.)

Picked up the Code Realize (semi-)sequel, Future Blessings, for Vita. There is also a PS4 version available that has both the new game and the original Guardian of Rebirth on the same Blu-Ray disc.

Also made it to the theater to see Ready Player One. I tend to find Spielberg movies to be overly sentimental, but I still enjoyed it. Tons of references, including several to anime.

I also just picked up a jrpg, namely Aliance Alive for the 3DS, and saw Ready Player One.

It was alright, I guess. I definitely felt like the movie made a decision to make the supporting characters have less of an importance in order to streamline the story for a movie. And this is from someone who hasn't read the book.

Like, you can tell that Daito and Sho were supposed to be badass and important to the party in the book, but in the movie, they literally could have been replaced by any other character and nothing would change.

I remember that shirt from hentaihaven comments (which are comedy gold btw).

How did you manage to avoid hearing about violet evergarden until now? That thing got hyped to hell and back months before it even came out. The story was like the first winner of a contest that'd been running for years without a satisfactory work or something like that and its got budget out the ass.

I'm waiting till it finishes to watch it. Rating pretty highly. I don't think it's meant to be action packed.

I was really impressed by the amount of work that was put into it and after finishing all 27 episodes I could quite easily consume more of it, great stuff

I am. It's beautiful. Some people may find the story boring, but I am very much enjoying it. And there is some action in the later episodes. The art alone should be able to carry it until the story catches you or you decide it's not for you.

I'm glad you liked it, I thought the second half was much better but the first half was still good. Chise's growth as a character was very necessary as she was being carried by the secondary characters and plot in the first half.

from K-On through to Kyoukai no Kanata making all my favourite shows. and then they come out with Amagi Brilliant Park and Phantom World which I thought were total garbage. And I was like "Well this is what anime is now I guess"

But Euphonium s2 was good so maybe there's an upswing. also skipped the maid dragon show so who knows

Enjoying Darling in the Frankxx a lot more then I expected, you know since I hate most mech shows.
Love how they keep the fighting to a minimum, since its actually my least favorite part about the show, the best part is the juicy romance drama and learning about mystery behind their government system and the Klaxosaurs. Oh and 002 is extremely hot.

Finished Grimgar, Jeez the final quest they went on in the mines was intense. I DID NOT think they were going to see Death Spots, let alone kill him. I thought Some of the team members were goners.
I need more of this show in my life.

Almost done with Overlord S2 :(

Scrapped princess is solid as far as I remember. Been a while since I've seen it.

Just finished Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen which was dumb but fun. It's kinda like durarara except without anything supernatural and not as good. Pretty much everyone is an assassin and the person who is arguably the main character is something I haven't seen before.

He is a crossdresser that doesn't act at all feminine. Looks like attractive anime schoolgirl; sounds, talks, and acts like a normal dude (well normal assassin dude). The fact that he crossdresses is so pointless that I'm surprised they put it in. It doesn't inform our character. We have no idea when or why he started doing it. He is a straight guy. Kinda glad they put it in though. Interesting if for nothing more than novelty. Says he does it as hobby. Theres also a strange obsession with baseball all throughout the show. While it's nothing amazing, I say it's worth watching.

I need to write an essay tonight analyzing a manga, for my manga class. might write on Medaka Box but I haven't read that since like 2012. I've read like... just Naruto and Yamada+7 witches since then... and those were like 4 years ago even. This is when reading more manga would come in handy.
