I think if Ethan Klein got Shredder to do the Nazi salute people would think it's hilarious. (And it would be)

If John Oliver or Colbert put an image up on their show of an animal giving a Nazi salute as a joke, photo shop or otherwise, it would be totally fine. (Which they have done many times)

But why would that be okay? Because they are the good guys?

Is it because of context? Well, what context exists here to make worthy of not just being removed by YouTube (which didn't even happen because it's just a funny joke,it just can't be shared) , but that the law is involved?

You can say it's in really bad taste for sure, especially the gas line, and social pressure or backlash against this guy is appropriate. And it's fine if social media platforms wouldn't want it on their site. (Can you even say that line on game faqs? ?)

Why does the law have any place whatsoever bring involved with something like this? Even a small charge would be absurd.

If this happened in my country I would be terrified.

They're quite successful. "Success" doesn't mean being number 1. Of course, them being associated with conservative voices means unfair propaganda against them, which will turn off people who don't pay much attention, i.e. the majority of people. Something else will replace the dinosaurs, and it will be decentralised. It'll take a few years for the ideas and technology to mature, however.
